Write slow and take your time. Some you may need to take a min to get it started. Some also can be a bit juicer than others, but all come out nice and smooth. Patience is the key with these puppies. Very nice on black paper!! They do dry to a chalky-ish color but are still very nice and bright and vivid. You also need to let these dry. Depending on paper there could be a light transfer of color after they dry when you write, but I just put a piece of paper on the other side and it’s no problem. Overall these are great!! I definitely want to get all of them. Would definitely recommend to everyone!! They are just so much fun!!!

supper pretty I love the way the colors come out on paper. You do need to be careful because they dont dry right away. other than that I would recommend.

I am going to put the same review on all of these various Sakura markers, because I have almost all of them, and I use them all for the same purpose: to embellish my art. They flow nicely, the sparkly ones sparkle,and any of them can be used as washes with water. I use water brushes, as well as the blending pens that came with two of my Tombow marker sets. I love the variety of colors you can get, and that some are really sparkly, and others flatter. The glaze pens are good for pure color, or to put down some color and then wash them out with water (I use only 300 lb. Arches hot press paper for my artwork.) The Gold Shadow and Silver Shadow are fun to use and very subtle when they are dry. The moonlight, stardust and metallic pens are sparkly and SO much fun to use. I cant recommend these highly enough. I put up one picture to show examples of how I use these Sakura pens.

I ordered these pens to use for card making, with my Cricut Joy, using adapters. They worked perfectly on black cardstock. Colors were nice and vibrant. Very pleased!

Love these! I had them when I was younger and totally forgot about them. Happened upon the one day and had to buy them! They write wonderfully and the colors are so vibrant.

Looks great on black paper. Wish there was white in the pack too, but not complaining-- love all the colors.

They are such a blast from the past and work better than I remembered. I work in a doctors office and use these to write notes on discharge summarys to make details stand out!
