This is my first set of Gellyroll pens. I really like the colors! They are different from other gel pens in general. They lay down a thick, opaque layer of ink. The ink will cover up any details you color over. If you are aware of that, you can use them easily. They take a little bit longer to dry than other gel pens. As a left handed person, I had to get used to not running my hand through wet ink. I am excited to try some other Gellyroll sets!

I have coveted these pens for years. However, a few years ago I bought a 2-pack of what was *supposed* to be Gelly Roll pens in white, but whatever I received did not work at all. Confused and very disappointed, I gave up on these pens altogether. Then, a few weeks ago, based on word of mouth and oodles of glowing reviews and brilliant examples, I decided to give these another try. I am so glad that I did! They. Are. GORGEOUS. Especially on black cardstock. Ive been using them to draw germ monsters with my son and they work beautifully. I suspect that the ones I bought a few years ago were counterfeit. It sucks that those greedy a-holes scared me off from a really great product for so long, and they probably cost Sakura quite a few sales over the years from similarly disillusioned buyers. In an interesting twist, however, even though I ordered the 10 Pack Gelly Roll Moonlight pen set, I received 2 extra pens in white. And they work exactly like Id expected. Sweet!!

This brand really sells itself. Sakura makes quality pens and this set of gelly rolls moonlight is no exception. These write incredibly smooth and have no problem keeping up with my fast handwriting. Theyre opaque and creamy. They look amazing on dark paper. If youre going to invest in some pens I highly recommend this brand. Check out some of their other pens.

Fun for my kids to color with but they smear! I guess I dont know much about Gel pens, but Fast drying means it starts out a bit wet!

These gel pens are pretty and work well.
