This does not contain any sugars, which is great for me, however it does contain Magnesium, which doesnt do much for the body if taken with calcium, which Saltstick also contains. These two should always be taken separately, and the Mags should be taken at night as it is a muscle relaxer. Since the calcium is absorbed first, the magnesium tends to go right through the gut and can cause diarrhea. I prefer a brand that is sugar free, sweetener free, and Magnesium free.

Great way to get sodium and minerals to replenish

I work out of doors and in the summer it can be nasty. Climbing radio towers, going through crawl spaces, and other things needed to do radio and data runs can put a lot of stress on the body. Most electrolyte drinks make this worse by being unballanced, high callorie, etc. But with these? I can take one or two before a hot job with some water or tea and keep my exhaution levels down. I get less cramps and heat exhaution as well as see noted improvements in how I feel the next day after a very difficult job in an overheated environement. This is beyond the regulated stress of exercize and I feel they have been a great solution to maintaining my electrolytes and health at what can be a physically taxing job.

Great product. I used to have problems cramping up after cycling etc. These really make a difference.

I have pots and have to take like 10 to 15 of these a day, and so far they are the only brand of buffered salt tables that do NOT hurt my stomach.

I take one every morning to help control my POTS, I can definitely tell a difference between when I take one and when I forget!

I run and started to use these as supplement to reduce loss of minerals because the gels never hit my tummu very well. I started these and no problems. If I am not running I am frequently working hard outside during the garden seadon, so I stated taking 1 a day and that works for me. I bring some pink salt with me incase a run is long and it is hot outside. Early 6:30 mornings here can be 75 to 80 degrees. degrees

I love how much sodium is contained in each capsule (so I dont have to take as many as I do with other products). I love that these are in capsule form so they are easy to swallow and I dont have to taste the salt as Im swallowing. My doctor advised me to drink salt water, but I cant keep that down, so these are an excellent alternative and my leg cramps and other salt-deficient symptoms have gone away, so these are very effective too. Im very pleased.

My daughter takes these for POTS. We’re never without them. They’ve kept us out of urgent care/the ER.
