SaltStick Caps Electrolyte Replacement 100 Count (200 Capsules)

I have POTS and these were the first product recommended to me by my doctor as a good first step in helping to minimize my symptoms. And I was instantly hooked! These capsules are a perfect way to boost sodium intake and are super simple! For awhile I experimented with various different electrolyte products but nothing was as convenient, easy and thoughtless as this! I have a lot of sensory issues and I struggled with a lot of the other products that were recommended to me, like dissolvable powders (liquid IV and others) and hated the grainy texture and artificial flavors of them all! This was an easy no brained for me as I didn’t have to taste them or even notice them, just took them in the morning and at night with my normal medication and saw major improvements!

Great product. I used to have problems cramping up after cycling etc. These really make a difference.

They’re perfect for my daughter as she has Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). They’re a typical capsule size and are a quick way to get some salts in you body when you need them.

I have pots and have to take like 10 to 15 of these a day, and so far they are the only brand of buffered salt tables that do NOT hurt my stomach.

I don’t think I would have finished Chicago marathon in 2021 without these caps it got to a red flag & it was difficult to get anything down. Normally I go for the chews, but when you don’t feel like chewing the caps are perfect!

This does not contain any sugars, which is great for me, however it does contain Magnesium, which doesnt do much for the body if taken with calcium, which Saltstick also contains. These two should always be taken separately, and the Mags should be taken at night as it is a muscle relaxer. Since the calcium is absorbed first, the magnesium tends to go right through the gut and can cause diarrhea. I prefer a brand that is sugar free, sweetener free, and Magnesium free.

These are the only salt pills I will buy. Great for electrolytes, low BP, pots symptoms. A must have.

I love how much sodium is contained in each capsule (so I dont have to take as many as I do with other products). I love that these are in capsule form so they are easy to swallow and I dont have to taste the salt as Im swallowing. My doctor advised me to drink salt water, but I cant keep that down, so these are an excellent alternative and my leg cramps and other salt-deficient symptoms have gone away, so these are very effective too. Im very pleased.
