While I don’t have any preexisting medical conditions, I am a healthcare professional. Having to wear a Tyvek suit (or similar) while rounding on patients will dehydrate you QUICKLY—even while wearing an ice vest underneath! I can’t believe how much these have saved my bacon. Taking these with water rehydrates me quickly and keeps me well hydrated without hyping me up on too much sugar. Not to mention how economical they are compared to buying sport drinks or electrolyte-enhanced water. I bring these with a Brita water bottle and I’m set! 2 helpful tips, though: 1) This is not candy. These are powerful supplements. If you take more than what you need or if they are not needed, you will more than likely feel like kitty litter for awhile. Also, this supplement is not for everyone. If you don’t feel right taking these or are not sure, by all means ask your primary healthcare provider. Or if you’re taking medications and you’re unsure of any potential reactions with said medications, ask a pharmacist. 2) If you don’t like the texture when you chew these, hold it in your mouth while drinking water. Then chew with water or just let it dissolve as you drink. I find it a lot more pleasant to do so sometimes. I’ll never be clocking in without these tablets again. They’re a life-saver!

Watermelon flavor is not good.

Due to a medical condition, I need to replace electrolytes constantly. These work quickly. I have a difficult time chewing these, so I break the tablet apart and take the pieces with some water. So glad someone recommended these to me.

Easy to chew, good flavor

I eat these a few times a day and my sodium levels, which used to be low, are now normal! Low sodium levels can cause seizures or other problems. I feel a burst of energy when I take a couple of these.

My cardiologist told me to purchase this to help with my tachycardia issues. It works well and tastes great!

Flavor isnt great, but works instantly. Its just hard to transport cuz it crumbles to dust.

My fiancé & I both work outside a lot and in the heat of the summer we need our electrolytes! I got these for when we wake up with a cramp in the middle of the night. They taste great, & are easy to chew. I love that I can keep them by the bed so I don’t have to go to the kitchen to mix up something and chug it down. I know I’ll end up using them other times too!

Im very glad I got the peach flavor! Theyre not salty in the slightest, and on their own there a little strong but not inedible. I recommend dissolving one in lemonade or iced tea! Its really good!
