Greater than one weekI’ll never run a race without these again! I used to get really bad side aches during races or when I was pushing the pace. I now take these every 30 mins or so during races and long runs and I haven’t had any issues since! The tart orange is my favorite flavor. They’re easy to chew and taste great. I highly recommend for all runners and endurance athletes!

> 3 dayPerfect for dysautonomia! My doctor suggested salt loading before a bath/shower to eliminate symptoms. Im not fond of the salty drinks and this product is the perfect alternative. Each tab is only 50mg of salt, so I do use several servings at a time which can get expensive. Still, the lower salt content of each tab keeps the taste from being too overwhelming. They are super convenient. I keep a bottle in my purse for outings.

> 3 dayI purchased this product for my first marathon. I am extremely happy with this product. Easy to use and the mild watermelon flavor was perfect. I had never used a salt tab or an electrolyte tab previous to purchasing this item. Instead of filling my water hydration vest with electrolytes, I filled it with water and carried these tabs. I popped the first two tabs after an hour of running. Subsequently, I took one tablet ever 30- 45 minutes thought the entire race. I carried a total of 20 tabs with me but didn’t use all of them. I did not have any issues with cramp. On my 15mile plus training runs, I would get very nausea afterwards but I didn’t feel that way after my marathon. I attribute this to the electrolyte tabs. They did take a while to dissolve which is why I gave them a 4 because after a while, they irritated the underside of my tongue and cheek. Other than that, I highly recommend these tablets!

> 3 dayI suffer headaches after basketball, volleyball, jogging and riding bikes. Im 50 y/o but still play like Im in my 20s, so I dont take it easy. I used to drink water (with himalayan salt) and Gatorade just to sustain myself but I always suffer after. I read reviews about electrolyte tabs and the reviews for this product so I figured let me try, I have nothing to lose. And so I did, my very first road bike ride this year (without preparation), a 45-mile round trip from GWB in Fort Lee, NJ to Tappan Zee (now Cuomo) bridge and back. I took this tablet every 20-30 minutes while riding. I didnt really start cramping until we were 9 miles to the starting point, it was my fault as I never prepped for this ride and I also ran out the electrolyte tablets and water (brought 2 bottles). I did suffer from a mild headache when I got home but still mostly my fault. I know I wouldnt have made it back if it wasnt for these tablets. I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayI’ve tried other salt products in the past but these are seriously so good! They remind me of a pina colada and nothing like salt. Will definitely be buying again.
