I cannot express how awful the watermelon is. The initial flavor is nice but then you get this horrible, I mean just GOD AWFUL salt taste. I threw the bottle away after two tablets, I ate the second only because I believed the first had to be a fluke. It was not. The orange is great and has replaced Saltstick gel caps with caffeine as my go to for runs past 45 minutes.

I love this company’s products. This one tastes delicious, but it does not work as well as the Vitassium fast chew electrolyte tablets in grape or tropical punch. Still a great buy, but if you are doing a hard core work out or tend to get salt depleted, go for the grape or tropical punch chews from the same company.

Im very glad I got the peach flavor! Theyre not salty in the slightest, and on their own there a little strong but not inedible. I recommend dissolving one in lemonade or iced tea! Its really good!

Definitely life saver if your electrolytes are unbalanced. Perfect for hangover symptoms.

This didnt do as much for me as Id hoped but the taste was pretty good. Great ingredients and an amazing company! Just not for me. I still recommend it.

After telling a friend about getting mental fogginess and severe fatigue during long runs, he asked if I was a salty sweater. I’ve been called worse, so I took no offense. But, in fact, yes! After a hot long run, I find salt residue in my clothing and on my skin. So my friend suggested using SaltStick products, and — bam — problem solved! I’ve never run longer than 10k without a supply of SaltStick on hand.

I was just diagnosed with POTS and my friend with the same disordered recommended I try these chews. I ordered two flavors, the peach and the watermelon. I was pleasantly surprised by the peach and really enjoyed the flavor. However the watermelon is DISGUSTING. It takes fake, bitter, and has a grainier texture than the peach. The peach however is amazing! Both work, I just cant stand the flavor of the watermelon. It makes me want to puke!

Started using these a few months ago after running out of my usual salt/electrolyte 2 days before a race. These work great and taste is pretty good. Definitely need to wash down with plenty of water. This will be my new go to brand for electrolyte replacement.

I’ve used SaltStick fast chews for several years, and they keep me hydrated when I can’t consume enough liquids (especially during longer swims). This new flavor is a great addition to their product line. Since winter has come in my area, the tropical flavor makes me a little less annoyed of the bitter cold.
