I had an old Inspiron 17 5000 series computer that was taking over 8 minutes to fully boot up. Tried everything youtube had to offer to make my computer boot up faster. Task Manager kept showing 100% disk usage. So I swapped the HDD with this Samsung Solid State drive and my gosh. Its like I put a turbo charger in my computer. My system boots up in under a minute now. I recommend swapping out old disk drives and also follow yourube videos(deleting bloatware,stopping startup programs, etc...)

Does what it is meant to do.

This drive failed within three weeks. It started saying The parameter is incorrect and that the drive needed to be formatted. It was installed in a properly cooled PC in a cool environment. I lost several family photos and videos. Not happy.

I replaced the memory in a 2015 HP laptop. It fits perfectly and a easy install. Very pleased with Samsung products. After installing start up was fast and perfect.
