Only had systems with hard drives before this. Windows boots in like 30 seconds often shorter and my programs load really quick.

I bought another brand 1TB stick a little over a year ago and it went tits up. Im hoping this Samsung 2TB NVME does better. I have been using Macrium Reflect Free to clone HDDs for years; the Rescue USB feature was necessary to fix the SSD boot configuration for my HP Spectre 13 laptop. If your cloned SSD doesnt boot, try Macrium Reflect Free/USB Rescue (see Youtube for details). Macrium Reflect is real nice because you can move and resize partitions at the same time (the Youtube Macrium webinar is useful). BTW, if you charge your laptop via a Thunderbolt USB-C port, get a (elbow) YoungSelly USB C Magnetic Adapter and USB C Connector;

Tenho um case muito bem ventilado e ele fica em média 60° a 70°, só consegui abaixar esta temperatura para uns 40° utilizando um cooler ativo que infelizmente você só consegue importando, ele não tem disponível no Brasil. O modelo em específico é este: Ineo M.2 2280 SSD Rocket Heatsink. Ele funciona normalmente dentro das temperaturas que obtive, mas fique de olho e utilize ele em um case bem ventilado com uma placa mãe que tenha heatsink dedicado pra ele.

Muy buena opción para actualizar mi pc de escritorio. Mucho mas rápido que mi anterior disco duro ssd.

Bought this in hopes it will boost my PC. I built my PC in 2012 and at this point I am too old to stick money into my tower anymore. The SSD card looked extremely convincing. However there is no way to plug it into the motherboard and the converters are limited at 200mb/s.

Blazing fast!

I dont own the EVO Plus, I own two 970 Pros. However, there is much traffic on the web warning agaInst the use of the EVO Plus in a Macintosh. Quite simply they do not work at this time. However, the earlier model EVO and the Pro do work well with the Macintosh. Buyer Beware.

Updated my Dell XPS for additional storage. Easy migration from old ssd. Love the additional storage and speed is exceptional.

Using this for an external hard drive in an enclosure. Under heavy use, does not get too hot, works fast at rated speeds for Thunderbolt 4, not quite saturated the bandwidth but close enough. When copying files does so at the same rate and speed as I get when copying from a PCIE 4.0 to a PCIE 3.0 drive.
