Greater than one weekGreat performance. It improves booting time significantly even coming from SATA based SSD device already. Once BIOS hands off to boot OS, it is nearly instant to ready to login. Bringing time for other applications has similar benefit. It works well without using Samsungs driver installed.

Greater than one weekAs I began to contemplate the intricacies of data storage and transfer, my eyes were drawn to the Samsung NVME SSD. An object of true technological sophistication, it boasts a staggering capacity of 2 terabytes and an unfathomable speed that makes it nearly unparalleled in the realm of data storage. Indeed, this device is the epitome of excellence in modern data technology.

Greater than one weekI bought this Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB NVMe SSD from Amazons warehouse deal. It was listed as Used - Very Good condition. Box did come a little beat up with some extra stickers, and it had obviously been opened previously and re-sealed by Amazon, but the SSD itself was in pristine condition. Serial Numbers were matching. Missing information booklet however. I slapped it in my ESXi box and did a passthrough to my Win10 VM and looked at the SMART status under CrystalDiskMark. 0 power on hours and 6 boot counts (minus the one I just did). This thing had barely been used. Less than an hour at max. It had been pre-formatted with a simple volume in Win10, but with nothing on it. Blank NVMe SSD. For an amazing price, and basically never used SSD for a fraction of the cost, this was entirely worth it.

> 3 dayQuality product. I have purchased other brands and after only a year it has bad sectors. No so with my Samsung ssd. You can set your own overprovisioning with the magician software. Worth the extra cost to get good features and reliability.

> 3 dayI recently upgraded my macbook air 2017 model with this SSD and it works great. Read/Write speeds have drastically increased and finally relieved to get more storage. I didnt have to update the firmware on this ssd as its already been updated by samsung.

> 3 dayBought this to upgrade a 2014 Mac Mini using an nvme adapter sold separately. Speeds doubled even though it was going through the specialized internal adapter. Samsung is my go to for SSDs. Always has always will be. Never a failure yet, across many of their models.
