This SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB - M.2 NVMe Interface Internal Solid State Drive is awesomeness personified as it is easy to install and I got it on sale. Im new to computer PC gaming but that did not stop me from grabbing up STEAM versions of all my favorite game titles from my PS3, PS4 and XBox days. Before I knew it my one TB drive was screaming uncle, it had no more space. My copy of Saints Row the third just would not fit on my 1 TB SSD drive and I had to have it. Well I needed 2 TBs of space but I did not want to mortgage the house to buy it.

In general, the SSD worked great. It was fast, but ever since I installed this SSD as part of my new build I would get occasional BSODs. The error messages made me suspect the SSD was to blame, but I couldnt be certain so I didnt think too much about it. The SSD lasted about a year and now its completely dead.

Loads things so fast, I can’t even read the loading screen tips.

My computer starts up in like 5 seconds its crazy. I love this thing. I fly through all my work. Finally, I have a computer so fast that the bottleneck is me!

This SSD is great and performs wonderfully, just prepare yourself as it gets extremely hot if youre monitoring temps. After doing some research its fine and you dont need a heatshield or anything, but I was personally surprised by it.
