I no longer replace my computer every couple of years. If your computer is getting a little sluggish, instead of replacing the whole thing, you can usually give it a huge performance boost by upgrading just key components. In particular, upgrade your memory and upgrade your hard drive. This SSD does not add a lot of capacity, but it gives you a lot of speed so that programs or databases that you use a lot will load much more quickly.

10-06-2025Bought the 2tb model and have more storage than I know what to do with. While Samsung models are a bit pricier I have never had a problem with any other drive I purchased from Samsung. I like the software that comes with it too.
