A better ssd over this will be more expensive but will not net you any gains unless you are doing some mega file transfers.

The information on the product details is misleading. It says “pcie x4”......... but does not specify that this is a pcie 3.0 x4 instead of a pcie 4.0 x4 and this is nvme 1.2 not 2.0. It seems to be a good drive but the details on the pcie made me buy it thinking it was a pcie 4 not 3. The price is decent considering it is nand technology. If i had known this was pcie 3 i would have bought an ssd with more space for cheaper instead of having to buy another with 4.0 capabilities from a different company. This will work well in the m.2 enclosure i bought for it since 3.0 is about the same speed as usb c 3.2 rates.

Bought a new system that already had a 1TB standard SSD but the motherboard had an open M.2 slot that I was itching to fill. Noticable performance increase even compared to a standard SSD. Only complaint is the lack of a mounting screw. Are you serious? At this price point vendors cant include a couple of screws compatible with major mainboards? Luckily I had an old add-in fan card that had one I could scavage.

Great and super fast. This is a great upgrade from a sata ssd. Also shipped very fast. Got it in 2 day

My old drive died and I installed this one with a fresh operating system cant believe the difference it made in speed with no other modifications

The only small detail i didnt like, although stated in the description no accessories is the m.2 screw, it doesnt come with 1, but u can buy some from Amazon, or if u built ur PC, u should have the screw for this upgrade. All in all, Id still buy another, but with m.2 screw. They are really tiny and u can find any in ur Household unless u build and repair pcs.

It doesnt come with screws to install the drive so I needed to buy them separately.
