> 24 hourLike most of us, we need more storage space in our PS5. This hard drive does the trick and it was super easy to install. Very pleased with this purchase.

> 24 hourThe SSD works great. As I said on title the read speed, according to the PS5, is in the 5500MB/s so it is good enough but nowhere near the advertised 7000MB/s. Maybe that speed can be achieved on a PC? Who knows but it works fine. Combined with a heatsink now my PS5 has triple the storage capacity!

> 24 hourIm currently running this in my setup as the price dropped by quite a bit. There were some worries as older models require a firmware update due to the drive locking up, but it looks like the one I have did not have that issue. Overall, this is a great price to performance for a 2TB storage by far, especially when it comes to brand names with a decent warranty.

> 24 hourGuys the item is as advertised, when checking the firmware because 980 pro 2tb ssds had issues with failiures because of problems with old firmware, the ssd came with the latest version of firmware, my ps5 finally has breathing space and no update was neccessary , would buy again....

> 24 hourIf youre weighing between an internal SSD or external SSD for your PS5, spend the extra $ and get this. Internal is the way to go, not only do you now have more storage for games... Games can be played right off the SSD. Unlike the external SSD, where games would need to be transferred.
