I have not purchased a tablet in many years, they were just way too expensive. This one however is a great value, very thin, the battery life is very good, processor is acceptable and memory is very good

I love the Samsung line of products and this tablet did not disappoint.

I made the mistake of not getting the warranty. It started doing weird things after 1 month. It would just click on things I wasnt actually clicking on. I would have to restart it multiple times to get it to work properly. I havent had this tablet a year yet. The power and volume buttons dont work anymore. It want charge, Ive tried multiple chargers.

I was very pleased with the ease of set up. I was able to follow the screen and do the whole thing myself. I had never done that before.

The tablet would not boot up after 3 months. Samsung would not repair under warranty as I did not have a serial number. The serial number is located on the box which I did not keep. Even with the receipt Samsung would not repair

This tablet is WIFI only no SIM card can be installed which BS. My Previous one was compatible and able to be used while traveling in our motor home. Should tell you in product description

This is a reasonably powerful pad with most features. Great price and fast delivery.
