Came promptly and was easy to set up. If left on, even in a sleep type mode, the battery drains quickly. Sometimes I have to tap the screen several times but I am not sure if that is due to putting a screen protector on. Overall, I love the tablet and would recommend it.

I have had a Lenovo tablet for quite a few years. It was time for a new tablet so I thought I would go for the Samsung Galaxy. The screen quality was GREAT. The tablet is sleek and lovely. I didnt like the on/off button being on the side, my Lenovo had it on the top which was much more accessible. The battery seemed to go quite quickly. I had to recharge half way thru the day. My Lenovo stayed charged much much longer than this Samsung Galaxy. I had to return this one because the keyboard must have been corrupt. Every time I used it, it would freeze up. It was really a pain. I tried several things to fix it, googled and tried a bunch of things. Nothing worked, so I returned it and ordered a different Samsung tablet, hoping it will be better.

I have had my first Samsung tablet since 2016 and then battery is still going strong for days. My son bought me this new one for my birthday and although I love the storage capacity, the battery doesnt last for long at all. I even watched them simultaneously to do as battery test and my old one won hands down.

She had a tablet that was loaded with books and many other things. So I got her this one and has worked great for her. I put additional memory into the tablet and it works fine for me. I mostly use my cell anyways. Yes I do get memory chip from Amazon also.

Perfect gift to anyone and would recommend to anyone and everyone. It is fast, easy to use.

Screen quality on this tablet is good but I have a tab a and a tab 4 and the quality on this screen is not as good but its good. Everything else works very well The touch is very sensitive I like that it has facial recognition and all in all its a really nice tablet. I use it to watch movies and play some games and of course look things up on the internet. I think the tablets a good buy.

The table meets out needs.

Personally it’s to slow for me. But my aunt is used to android tech etc. she absolutely loved it.

Perfect for the kids and school if they dont have there computer at hand .
