It is what it is. Happy with it.

Just what I wanted. Works great, vivid screen, no lagging. Yes, it is heavy. Camera not great but I have my phone for that. Over all a great buy.

1st issue for me is that the tablet always takes about 5-10 seconds to respond after unlocking it. Although it has not crashed on me (yet) I noticed that it becomes slow after opening apps and lags constantly after that.

Im rating this as a budget tablet, which means Im not comparing it to the much more expensive S-series or other flagships. If youre looking for a tablet which will allow you to do serious work or high-end gaming, youre probably better off looking at those. However, if youre looking for something for entertainment (streaming, reading ebooks, light gaming, checking social media and e-mail) then this device is perfectly capable. It can do just about everything a mid-range phone can do.

I have had a samsung tablet for many years and it has worked well. When I needed a new one that is what I chose. I recently bought a samsung A8 through Amazon. When I got it the touch screen did not work. After talking with samsung and a samsung repair facility, everyone determined that it was a hardware problem and needed to be returned. So I went through the process. Return authorization, refund processing still happening, dropped it off at Kohls. anybody can have a bad product, so I tried again. Amazons delivery was great. Opened the box and started the setup. This one has a purple line right down the middle of the screen. Restarting does not help. Two out of two is pretty bad. That makes me look like a bad customer when it is not my fault.

I purchased this tablet to replace old one. Inga a hard time figuring it out and put it away. Got it out and attempted to use it and had to call AT+T for help. From my discussion with tech support I discovered it was not really what I thought I was getting. I admittedly confess I am not all the tech savvy and I chose incorrect model for my needs and wants. This tablet ONLY works off WiFi NOT cell towers.

great size and performance, love it for travel

I bought this mainly so I can use my XP-Pen Deco Pro on it. It works perfectly. My only complaint... WHY DOESNT IT HAVE A DEFAULT MUSIC APP??

Affordable, works for my kids to play their games. Similar size to my Samsung galaxy tab & lightweight. Come with bonus screen protector, usb charger & wall plug. Touch screen works well. Overall happy with my purchase. Recommended.

This is a low-cost device, so dont expect miracles. One issue I found so far that bothers me is that the Wifi, after a day or so, wont connect, and the only way for it to connect was to restart the device. At this point, Im not sure if it is a hardware or software issue. Will have to experiment with this over the next few days to know. There are plenty reviews already out on the Internet; look for those if you want details. I purchased this pretty much for web browsing, video watching, and home monitoring, so nothing that requires high performance. My expectations are low to start with, so Im ok with the device, as long as everything functions (like the Wifi).
