I purchased this Samsung Tab A to replace my Amazon Fire Tablet. This Tab A is an outstanding tablet. I purchased the 64 GB model. I thought about purchasing Amazon Fire Tablet 10 then I remembered how much hassle it was to put gmail or any android apps on my previous Fire Tablet and all the Amazon advertisements they put on their tablets. This Samsung Tab A is great. It charges without any problem, no battery use problems and no negative issues with it at all. I recommend getting on youtube and viewing some videos on all the options and setup instructions. Highly recommend. Nothing I found negative about the Tab A.

This is legitimate! Usually devices off the internet are hit-and-mess. Ive even gotten stolen and defective devices Ive had to return in the past.

USB charge port broke after only a couple weeks but replacement tablet sent and so far so good. Aside from the first one breaking, seems like a really nice tablet.

Purchased a Galaxy Note A in 2016 and I loved it so I purchased the 2022 Note 8a as a replacement. I was very disappointed when I started to set up my new tablet. The On/Off switch will turn the tablet On, but wont put it in sleep mode or turn it Off. To turn the tablet Off you need to pull down a menu or go to settings, so if your tablet ever locks up you cant reset it by turning it off. I guess the only way to reset the tablet would be to let the battery run out and then recharge it so you could restart the tablet. So it would go from a simple button push and hold to a several hour operation. Also there was no way to reprogram the start button in the settings menu. My next issue was with the volume buttons. The up volume button worked but the down volume button wouldnt decrease the volume. To decrease the volume you had to push the up volume button to bring up a volume control on the screen and then quickly decrease the volume with a slide control on the screen. With the 2018 version of the 8a you could go into settings and reprogram the volume buttons to act normally, but that settings option was removed in the 2022 version.

This tablet was good until the screen froze and it was inoperable. Unable to turn it on and no product support. $180 for a tablet that lasted 6 months is what I call a ripoff!! Our Amazon tablet for $80 lasted 2 years!!!

I love it. Went for higher upgrade and it is worth it. Highly recommend. Quick to charge which for me big plus!

I know I gave the tablet 5s across the board, but truthfully the battery deserves a 10. I only have to charge it once or twice a week. 10.5 is the perfect size. I honestly have nothing bad to say about it. Heres a suggestion for the seller. Maybe put together a bundle package that includes the tablet, screen protector, cover, and stylist. I would have loved that. As it was, I had to buy all that separately.

Like the whole tablet very well. It just wont use the Smart Switch to transfer using cable when connected to my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Maybe the phone is too new. Anybody have any answers about this?

as others have mentioned (as of 9/2/22), this tablet requires a restart in order for wifi to work. It says that its connected to wifi without internet. I have many devices in my wifi network and never had a problem like this. Gonna return to manufacturer for replacement or maybe a future software update will fix it.

I purchased this tablet on February 15th 2022. after about a month the tablet started having charging issues. Yesterday it refused to take charge and it refused to come on. i called amazon but i could not get a replacement or refund. so i called the manufacturer and to date got no help. So i am stuck with a tablet that i cant use.
