With the exception of the lacking touchscreen performance ,this tablet is top notch.It runs every app from google play I throw at it. I have no problem with the video and the rowing machine I bought it for likes it too. No, it’s not as quick on the draw as one from the fruit guys or even their own “S” series,but it is a solid tablet nonetheless. I purchased four “Cheapo” generic tablets last week,when I should have bought this one all along…what was I thinking? Oh, and as of today,March 15th,2023, it updates to Android 13 after completing setup.

I originally bought this in Nov 2022 and had to replace it by Jan 2023 because it stopped charging (with the cord and wall box that came with the tablet). It is May 2023 and I have the same issue again. (And no, I dont have this issue with any of my other devices - phone, laptops, misc electronics, etc. So it is not the wall plug or my home that is the issue.)

Full disclosure, its possible that I just have a defective tablet. Regardless, Im annoyed.

Has had issues with lag about a month after purchasing. Slow, apps are choppy, and I have it in bare bones mode. Weather and news as games don’t work. Very disappointed and won’t purchase again.

I bought two of these tablets for my parents for Christmas in hopes it would arrive on time. It didnt, but thats ok now. The protective cases that I ordered separately to go with these tablets had arrived so I wrapped those up and printed a screenshot of the order so they would know what they were going to get. My elderly parents were using cheap $40 or cheaper no name brand tablets for years and then wonder why they cant play the things they want on them or why they didnt last. They absolutely love these tablets. I did have to help my parents set the tablets up, Im sure they would have figured it out on their own as its pretty straight forward and simple, but they have no patience and refused to do it. It does have Smartswitch to help transfer files and apps from the old tablet, but if the old tablets are outdated, such as theirs, its not an option unless you want to pay for another knockoff smartswitch app from the Google play store to do that, I refused to pay for something I wasnt sure was going to work lol. So I downloaded all their apps manually, which was very fast. The display is amazing, the size is perfect for my parents. Now theyve only had this a few days now, but theyve had no issues which for my parents is a miracle in itself lol. They watch videos and play tons of fb games with no lagging issues or technical issues. They are so happy with these tablets Now waiting for this to be shipped was agonizingly slow in this day and age and the delivery date was even pushed back some after I had ordered which almost made me reconsider requesting a refund, but once it does actually ship its very fast. Very happy with purchase

I like the touch screen. The screen has great resolution and the commands are obvious, and it will help walk you through it. Put your hands on a Samsung, you will not regret it.

I ordered this tablet for my 11 year old son to replace his fire tablet and he really loves it for his animation and taking pictures. The only thing is I wish it had a flash. But the quality and speed is pretty good.

Let me preface this by saying that I have only had this tablet for two weeks and I use it for entertainment purpose only. That being said, the picture is crisp, it is snappy when surfing the internet and my battery tends to last me about two days. I turn it on in the morning and use it throughout the day in spurts playing games, surfing the internet and watching video. I really like the four speakers and so far no issues with anything on the tablet. I also have the 10.1 2019 Samsung tab A and it is comparable to it. Works for me.

Lousy resolution, over priced tablet dependant on brand name reputation. Not worth the price.

Havent had this for very long but so far it is working well. Screen looks good battery life is awesome. The picture quality isnt that good but I figured that before I bought this looking at the specs but my phone already has a very good camera.
