This monitor was a big upgrade for me in terms of screen real estate, so Im trying not to be biased just in terms of wow, look how much space I have! Its amazing how big a difference there is going from a 24in to a 27in... on paper, it doesnt sound like a lot, but in practice... its a lot. That being said, I spend all day at screens for work, then play games after. I also wear eyeglasses and suffer chronic migraines. I was intrigued by the eye-saver setting on this monitor and the no-flicker promises, especially. Given the price range, I wasnt expecting anything revolutionary in terms of graphics performance while gaming... but I do want it to not hurt my eyes or give me a headache. Honestly, so far so good. I turned on the eye-saver setting right away. Someone not used to immediately setting a monitor to go easy on the eyes might be put off by the effect is has on color--it is a little washed out and has the effect of lowering the brightness level without actually dimming the output. Blues, especially, become a little hazier. Whites arent as bright. You get used to it very quickly. And while flickers generally arent detectable consciously, I have to say viewing has been a pretty pleasant experience. I can work even in a dimly lit space without discomfort. Ive attached some pictures with my drawing tablet as a control to show some of the different color presets for the monitor: eye-saver (described above), standard (out of the box), and FPS (which noticeably turns up the gamma). There are a couple of other settings too, as well as some more manual color settings that you can fiddle with. Which actually brings me to my only issue with this monitor--and thats the menu buttons. Its 2021, and Im hitting hard keys on the back of a screen like its still 2005. The keys are loud and kind of hard to press. My kingdom for a remote or software menu. Other things to know: Its not explicit in the product description, but this monitor is VESA mount compatible. I threw mine right up onto my desk mount. Its 100 x 100.

First of all, the color gamut of this screen is less powerful and accurate as compared to ACER monitors. They claim to have 144hz, but in reality, the highest you can get is a 120hz. Honestly, Im probably going to replace this monitor with another ACER once black friday hits. Just save your money.

Terrible monitor. Advertised as 1ms, I believe RtIngs tested it at more like 7-10 ms response time, so terrible motion blur and black smearing. Contrast is great but for what? Outdated display port, horrible gsync compatibility (flickering at lower fps). Almost returned this one but was moving and it would have been a hassle. Now it sits on a desk and collects dust. Replaced it with a much cheaper 240 hz, dell ips that was also $50 cheaper. Trash

This for the Samsung Odyssey G3 24 inch. I think this my first time going out the way to make a negative review. I tested this with Xbox Series X. It has horrible ghosting. You ever move the mouse you can see trails of the cursor? Now imagine that with anything that moves in screen. Also had Freesync on. Literal old 2010 tvs preform much better. The brightness was cranked up to the max and I was having trouble seeing where I was in MW2. The only thing this looks reasonable to look at is when you’re standing still. Skip this monitor/ headache.

This monitor is amazing!

I tried using it for gaming. It had such bad ghosting.

So all these people talking about motion blurr. Not too sure if they know you have to format whatever your playing on to the setting of the scree. I have 0 motion blurr when playing my fpp and tpp games. Backlight bleeding is another problem. But that only really happens when the screen is completely black

Menu is a little tricky to figure out. Easy enough to set up. Good picture and good fps as far as gaming goes. Would buy again.

I liked this monitor so much I bought a 2nd one for my partner after she saw mine. We are both working from home and the fact that it rotates makes both our jobs easier. Ive had mine for almost a month and have had no issues.
