Purchased this for my nephew. He loves how the monitor adjusts to several heights and angles.

I purchased this product in April 22. In September it had a malfunction and after talking to Samsung they sent me a packing slip to ship it to a repair center in NJ. They then requested $150 to fix it because it was out of warranty (I guess the warranty is less than 6 month?). I have had two dell monitors for 5 years with almost zero issue, this monitor didnt even last six months and then Samsung offered zero support for a faulty product.

I couldn’t even get the monitors to come on. I tried everything. Attempted for hours. I am no dummy when hooking up computers. I just think I got a couple of bad monitors. I even tried to connect one and not dual. They still wouldn’t work. I returned.

The colors and the quality is great, but there is so much ghosting that it gives me a headache when playing fast-paced games, like FPSes, so if youre not bothered by a motion-blur like effect when you play games, this is a fine monitor Also, the menu is incredibly limited, only offering bare minimum tweaks to try and combat this ghosting problem, like contrast and brightness, but no option for pixel overdriving that I could find It didnt come with any dead pixels, the stand is a little tall for my liking since the minimum height is 3-5 inches off the desk surface, causing me to have to crane my head up or pump my chair up higher in order to be eye level with it Set-up was easy, just had to restart the computer to attach it and restart it again to get it working Overall, Im going to be returning it because the ghosting for me is intolerable and I cant use a monitor that gives me a headache

Terrible monitor. Advertised as 1ms, I believe RtIngs tested it at more like 7-10 ms response time, so terrible motion blur and black smearing. Contrast is great but for what? Outdated display port, horrible gsync compatibility (flickering at lower fps). Almost returned this one but was moving and it would have been a hassle. Now it sits on a desk and collects dust. Replaced it with a much cheaper 240 hz, dell ips that was also $50 cheaper. Trash

Dead pixels

I bought this product on August 12th, 2022. On February 11, 2023 the display port on the monitor stopped working the the display went out completely. Checked warranty and of course it some how ended on December 31st. I guess it was less than a 4 month warranty, even though it says 1 year manufacturer warranty. I won’t be buying another Samsung monitor after this.

Delivery was fast and it came in excellent conditions. Been using it for 2 weeks now and the quality is perfect!

It’s big, it shows moving pictures, does what it’s supposed to
