    This is the first time Ive experienced a hard drive failure so I thought it deserved a negative review. This is also my newest external hard drive so I cannot recommend it. When I plug it into any computer the drive does not come up though the light comes on the drive. I had been using it to transfer many large files between my Mac and iMac. My own fault for not having multiple backups, but Ive sadly lost the data I had on this drive. Let this be a reminder to you that backups need to be on multiple drives.
