Highly recommend.

Im quite frustrated as Ive purchased 2 of these drives and they have lasted 6 months and a 1 year respectively. Ive been putting them in my car as a location to save security recordings. My current drive is showing error when trying to reformat: error :wiping volume data to prevent future accidental probing failed

A literal pile of garbage, I bought this before a deployment to Iraq and the day before I am supposed to go it stopped being recognized by any computer I attached it to. There is no factory reset option so im left with this $200 brick.

Saved me so much space on my laptop that I ended up buying a second one for my boyfriend. Surprisingly durable. My cat tends to throw it off the computer table and its managed to survive several impacts over the year. Also you might wanna buy the storage case for them. One, less cats being cats, less damage when not in use and two, easy to carry with you.

So far very good. Small size. Very light. Bought a silicone case to protect. Use as a permanent fixture to increase storage with 250gb internal ssd laptop. Ideal.

I’m very happy with my drive. Small, sturdy and fast.

Could not get Bitlocker turned on with this drive. I work in IT and followed articles online. It appears the Samsung software has changed and it no longer works. Drive is great otherwise, but wouldnt recommend if Bitlocker is important.

Seems to be fast enough and reliable in its designated purpose. I use it as a HDD for a DVR and no complaints thus far.
