It is very easy to use with alot of storage space.

THIS ITEM NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF AMAZON as it is NOT a Samsung drive. Many other reviewers have mentioned it and here’s my story. The port came loose on mine and I called amazon for help. They completely disowned me and said I need to talk to Samsung as they support warranty. Called Samsung and they verified that this drive is from Korea and so the warranty will not be valid in the US. I wasted days back and forth between amazon and Samsung only to give up and buy a lacie. Be very very careful with these drives. Amazon is using a 3Rd party supplier to buy these drives cheap and then sell them here. I don’t have time to sue them but I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to sell drives on a US retailer that do not have local warranties. Pray that your drive works coz neither amazon nor Samsung will take responsibility for it.

Seems surprisingly slow to transfer from old quad Mac mini via 3.0 lightning adapter. But will try with windows 3.0 soon. Overall happy as I know it’s gotta be faster.

I purchased this to store my music collection. It works perfectly by plugging the USB cable into my various devices: blu-ray players, recievers, etc. The storage capacity is wonderful.

Works correctly

I paid for a 2TB drive and received at 250GB SSD card.

I liked my first one so much I bought another. I use a surface pro with limited hard drive space. The Samsung drive is my primary storage for photos, videos and music and it does an outstanding job. Really fast too.
