Very good size. Seemingly well made. Easy to encrypt. Have used to backup entire computer with no problems. Data transfer is fast.

This drive is just plugged and play, with no issues at all, and is set as the main backup drive. The funny thing is I ordered for my backup only to learn I had already purchased one for my wifes computer which I never put into play. Well, I decided to return it and Amazon sent me a return ticket, then I thought its a great drive and will need eventually so why send back. very happy with any and all Samsungs drives.

Bought this for my MacBook Pro and iMac. I’m running the latest OS as of 9/19. Installed the app on my Mac devices. It does not work.. app prompts you to connect the SSD but it’s connected and not recognized. Tried multiple reboots and reinstalls. I expected this product to. E plug and play like any storage device. Very disappointing and returned it.

Enough said with the headline but if you want something that doesnt have weird power requirements like some other SSD drives do, this is your drive. Get it. Enough said.
