The product is very well made, but set up instructions are sparse, difficult to find, and difficult to follow.

I use this basically as place to manually save files. An additional drive is nice to have. It’s very small, so easily portable.

Need storage for my Linux side of PC, inserted USB cable to 3.1 slot, immediately USB T5 visible. Formatted as exFat, did not use software on drive, during format to exFat files were overwritten. Copied 20GB of videos, pictures and music onto T5, super quick! Then went to Win 10 side of PC, same results, a happy customer.

Ive spent my career in tech, and I still spent 4 hours trying to install, including contacting customer service, deinstalling the latest upgrade, reinstalling an older driver --- to no avail. I purchased a Western Digital G drive off the Apple.com site for a fraction of the price, and it installed easily in less than a minute. I love my Samsung TVs, but this SSD is not compatible with Apple OS (as it states).

Great packaging, arrived safe and sound. Drive is fast, looks sleek, came with all the cables you need to connect it to anything, smaller than expected (half the size of a cell phone, very light).

I purchased this ssd to install windows 10 on it and use it on my MacBook with VMWare. It works better than expected, loads really fast and the best thing is that I don’t have to switch between OS. I got the 1TB memory which is more than enough. I used half for windows usage and the other half for storage on my Mac.

It’s small and compact but offers mobility if needed. Feels like quality since it’s outside is metal.

Great drive. Got the 2TB version. Has been working well for months now. I have edited several weddings and sports videos on this drive. I switch between machines relatively frequently so needed something that would travel around with me. This fit the bill perfectly.
