> 3 dayThis is a great product. I used it to replace my Hard Drive that I was using as my backup active storage instead of my HD on my computer...you know in-case the computer HD goes out, I still have all my goodies.

Greater than one weekI love the physical size and how fast I can load files. Im using mine to load it with mp4 videos, and I plug it into my 32 inch Samsung smart TV to watch movies on my sailboat or rv. I have a 1TB and a 2TB. One for movies and another for photos.

> 3 dayThis Samsung T5 drive works very well. I bought it for use with my Microsoft Surface Pro 4 computers and It works very well. I use it to store and transport my files as I travel to a variety of locations. It works better than my Samsung T3 drive which is still working very well.

> 3 dayI have used this on many shoots and it has never let me down. I record directly from the BMPCC6k to this and it provides ample storage and is quick. It is also nice to just unplug and start editing from the drive and not have to transfer everything over to another drive. I highly recommend the Samsung T5 drives. They can be more expensive than other brands but the portability, speed, and reliability are well worth the price to me!

Greater than one weekWhat a great compliment to my XSXs internal 1Tb SSD, 1TB VLocity SSD and 4Tb HDD (used for N64, PS2, OG Xbox, Xbox 360 and games I dont play very often. Its basically archival storage).

> 3 dayI love my T5. Being used to external hard drives this external solid state drive is so small. I could easily fit the T5 with the cable in my shirt pocket. But it carries 2tb of data which is amazing given its tiny form factor. The next thing I like about the T5 is that the bottleneck is your CPU. If I had a faster CPU like an AMD Ryzen 5900 maybe I would get the full 500 GB/s. But my Intel 6820-HQ in my macbook pro 2016 always runs at 100% and delivers 200 GB/s only. Regardless of the computer, my Seagate 2tb usb 3.0 HDD would not nearly reach those speeds so the T5 is a definite improvement.

> 3 dayI expected something very fast. Its fast but if the file structure you plan to transfer is made of folders/subfolders/sub-subfolders it wont make Miracles. My WD MyPassport 4 TB with USB-C cable seem much faster in many situations. But Im no Techie, I just watch how it goes ... Not bad but not Stunning. Very good locking system.
