> 3 dayA very clever and well designed tool. Very easy to load with four strips of sandpaper and the clasps are very secure. Best sanding block I have ever owned. Im going to get one in each color for different grits. Excellent performer and a good value.

> 3 dayI wasnt sure I could justify the cost. A scrap piece of wood is free right. I just bought my second one, its worth it if you do any amount of hand sanding.

> 3 dayI have previously purchased this, one at a time over the years, in yellow, red, and blue colors. I wanted to get this green one to complete my set so I could have each color loaded with a different grit of sandpaper, starting with the coarsest on the red one and moving through the rainbow to blue for the finest. (It is now possible to buy a complete set of all 4 colors from one or two sources, but when I first bought one, only yellow was available; the manufacturer added the other colors over the years.) Apart from the convenience of being able to switch sandpaper grits without having to stop and change it on one sanding block, this is itself a great sanding block. Although its hollow plastic, it is well-made, with a solid feel, a true flat rubberized sole that is the right balance between give and hardness, and stainless-steel clips activated by levers that are easy to move yet grip the sandpaper strips securely. I especially like that I can stack several strips of sandpaper on the block and just tear off the bottom one when it gets too worn or torn, so I keep working and minimize my downtime. Combine this with a sandpaper-ripping jig to quickly and easily tear standard sandpaper sheets into strips sized for this block (four per sheet without waste), this comes as close as you can get to the perfect hand-sanding experience.

> 3 dayQuite pricey for what it is. Easy to clamp paper and holds very well. Surface can become slippery when sawdust or powder gets on it but I roughed it up using 80 grit sandpaper. It works so well and uses quality material so it gets 5 stars.

> 3 dayThe only one I have found that does it all. Spendy, but if you do a lot of wood working it will pay for itself in sandpaper savings & more than that, comfort. I color code my grits by using different colors of blocks. Buy it - you will like it!

> 3 dayThis tool is a GEM for all wood workers and alike. Tip: I took 80,120,240 grit 21 sanding belts and cut them at 9 strips. [2out of each belt] The sanding block is 2 3/4 wide. The belts are 3 wide but are very stiff. Believe me, you will save money this way. The belts are cheaper then a sheet of good paper and will last longer. The paper dosent slip on the clamps. Very easy to install the sand paper. Great Design! Well worth the money.
