> 24 hourTrying to open this product is a NASA operation. The old version, you inserted into the USB port and followed the bouncing ball to install and open. THIS version is impossible to open. Spent over an hour with support and could not open. They were to calll me back the next day. Guess what? No call back !!!! Buy a different product this one sucks !!!!
