Scarecrow Small Deluxe Custom Fangs

I think this product itself is really great, when it works. After i mixed everything and did the mold they got stuck on my teeth for over thirty minutes and would not come off. When I finally got them off, only one of them would go on and stay while the other slid off each time. So, Im just having a lot of trouble keeping them on the one tooth. Other than that, everything else about the product and instructions was straight forward.

I think I was too impatient and thats why I didnt have luck getting the teeth to stay put. :/ I was really bummed because I spent a lot of time/money/effort into the costume and the teeth was literally the final touch. Maybe next year I will try again.

These are super neat! I used them for a cosplay as little cat-like canines, and they fit the part well! Not too large, so they didnt come off as vampire-y. My only issues is that as you mix the capsules and powder together and apply the tooth to yours, it tastes quite awful. Ive worn mine a few times at this point and I can still faintly taste whatever the mixture was. Its not a huge problem, just not appealing. Drinking would be fine in these as long as you have a secure, tight fit. But I wouldnt recommend eating anything in them. The color is also a bit too yellow for my teeth, so they dont blend in too perfectly. But what can you expect :) At least theyre not perfectly white, as that would probably look worse lol. TLDR; Yes I recommend! Just put in some time to make them mold to your teeth as perfectly as possible.

Best fangs on the market. Follow the instructions carefully and they will work all night. I used them for two Halloween parties. The second time they fit a liiiittle less good but it was still a hit. Worth the extra few bucks as the cheapest ones on the market are entirely useless.

So I have bought two different sets of fangs for a vampire cosplay that I do: The Classic Custom Fangs and just recently the Small Custom Fangs. In both instances, I have followed the instructions down to the letter on how to fit the fangs onto my teeth. And in both instances, I have failed horribly. The paste either failed to mix properly or, in this latest attempt, didn’t set in the fang itself and stayed on my tooth instead and freaked me out on thinking it was going to be permanently stuck on my actual tooth and how I was going to get it off (Thankfully, I was able to get it off). Just buy you a tube of Denture Cream and use that instead of trying to mess with that powder and stuff. It’s a bit more time consuming and a little bit messy sometimes, but it works better than trying to deal with that other stuff.

These fangs are great! They come with a powder and liquid you mix together, apply into the gang, then fit onto your desired tooth. It sets and after you can pop them in and out as you please! It stays on very well. I had a hard time doing one tooth, but it comes with extra powder capsule so you can take out the hardened mold and redo it (the instructions recommend you put more mold in with the mold that didnt work so well, but I pulled it out and redid the whole thing). It is a great product, looks extremely real! can wear while drinking, eating, being out all night! But then comes off with ease when you want to remove them. A must for every vampire lover. UPDATE: bought them for my partner as well. He has larger teeth, and these fit on his 2nd incisors. It did NOT fit him as well (he was not able to eat with them in) so it seems that’s depends on your teeth. I do recommend leaving extra putty around behind your teeth to help the teeth stay. He also has whiter teeth than me, so these teeth did not match his as perfectly as mine, BUT you can’t tell unless you’re under florecent lighting. They’re still 5 star, but them year after year.

I needed some fangs for Halloween, and bought these based on good reviews and a strong brand presence outside of Amazon. Worth every penny!! Ive never had costume fangs that werent the cheap plastic things you get as a kid, so I was intimidated by the custom fit instructions at first. But then I found the videos on their website and it walked me through every step. By the time they were fitted and in my mouth, I couldnt believe how great they looked! They have a couple different styles besides these and in hindsight I wish Id gotten the Werewolf set, but Im still so happy with how these look. No regrets whatsoever!

They worked well for one evening, however it was difficult to consume liquid while the teeth were in. The paste tastes awful, and clumped up very awkwardly. I followed the directions exactly, yet still had some spacing on the teeth. If I would have put more paste when forming them to my teeth, it would have squished out even more. Had to use scissors to cut excess off the side because it looked like food in between my teeth. Wish there were smaller sizes sold of each style of fang, because my teeth are very small and square. One big complaint is that there is no packaging to put the glue away in after using. there are multiple mixes of the sand to make the paste to use the teeth again, but the glue has no closure after the first use. Had to put away in ziplock bag, and do not expect that glue will be usable next time I want to wear these teeth. Maybe include three different glue packets, similar to how the capsules of sand mix are in separate use packages. Overall, not bad for the price.

Just molded these today, the instructions are clear and its as easy as it sounds. If youre still not sure about trying it check some youtube videos on how, as there are a lot of them about Scarecrow fangs. I didnt take my time to position my second fang correctly and it wound up a bit crooked but no worries! I picked out the hardened mold compound with tweezers then used one of the 4 extra capsules to make a new mold mix and fitted it perfectly the second time. They click on and off your teeth easily but feel quite secure on my canines for now, well see when I wear them for 6-8 hours at a con have to talk a lot. The reason this product does not have 5 stars is Ive not yet let them cure for the recommended 24 hours then worn them with a cosplay. When I do I may revise my rating if they hold up the way the company claims. I ordered these for Halloween because I wanted to look like an authentic vampire. My main concern was that the fangs would be too big and would not stay in my mouth. Thankfully this product takes that into consideration and has a mixture that comes with the fangs to make a perfect mold of your incisors to make sure the fangs stay. If you get this product make sure you follow the directions because if you dont you may end up with some loose fitting fangs. I also recommend that you not be in a rush when doing so because then you are more likely to mess up. The only downside is that the mixture for the mold didnt re-seal so I had no way to store it incase I needed to make another mold and I did need to because I was wearing the fangs a WHOLE lot, but I couldnt because I threw away the mixture because it was not re-sealable. Overall if you are looking for something make your costume more authentic I highly recommend this!
