Scarecrow Small Deluxe Custom Fangs

> 3 dayThis is my third pair of Scarecrow fangs. I have the originals, the sabers, and now these. They are a bit more difficult to set up than the others because the cap is so small that it can’t hold all of the sealant. Ultimately I ended up having to trim a bunch of excess off the top of one and on the other, I only used half of the sealant provided. The mold came out of the tooth after a couple wears, which has never happened with my others that I’ve had for years. I think the cap is just very small. I superglued them back in and it’s all good. I like these for every day use more than the originals because the lisp you get is less pronounced and they’re just very subtle. I feel like I can wear them anywhere for that extra touch of edginess.

> 3 dayThe fangs are pretty comfortable but I will admit that at first it’s hard to take them off. There’s a video on YouTube on how to place them on and that’s neat.

> 3 dayThe mix worked for one but the other kept falling off. My son really needed them and I was in a pinch..... small pieces of Trident gum, held them in place all day and night and they looked awesome

> 3 dayScarecrow is the best fangs Ive ever used! After the putty dries you can slip them on and off at will. They fit my teeth perfectly and after letting them dry for 24 hours I have no problem reusing them. Tips: Do one tooth at a time and let dry for five mins before starting on the other tooth. Add 4 drops to the powder and if its not a tooth paste consistency add 5 (i had to).Make sure to fit them to your teeth before mixing the putty. The second you put the putty in the tooth place it perfectly and hold it. Dont move it ! hold it in place for five mins and lean back because you will drool all over like i did. Warning !! The mixture smells nasty and taste bitter!! once they dry for about a day the taste will go away. (dont think its possible to add a flavor to the mixture but it would help)

> 3 dayWas just in a performance of Dracula and needed these to be a vampire bride. I was able to set them up through the instructions. Definitely tried one over my tooth before mixing and affixing to my tooth the first time to get a feel for the fit. I was able to then place them in one shot without movement. I made sure I had a little overflow on the back of the tooth and it keeps them more secure. I did help some castmates with these and they had more difficulty than I did getting the fit right. We were all able to use these teeth through the 3 weekend run of the show. I would have them in for 3 hours at a time. I just want an excuse to wear these every once in a while. I wish there was instructions on keeping them clean between wears. Maybe I missed what to really do. I just used some clear mouthwash between wears.

Greater than one weekThese were great. I bought a pair for myself and my husband. The first mistake made was my husband didn’t dry his teeth with a tissue before fitting, it’ll keep sliding off if you don’t do so. It’s important to remember that your two permanent teeth chosen may be slightly different positions so you gotta plan ahead to get the fangs to line up once the putty is in there. I would recommend doing this the night before an event. There’s instructions to remove once before the night goes on (after it’s been initially molded) so they don’t dry onto your teeth, the putty will continue to dry over the course of the night and be ever so slightly moveable. I kept messing with mine pushing on them with my teeth so they became loose, my own doing, not the products fault. If I would’ve let them dry over night they would’ve been a solid fit with no movement the next day. We’ve put them on weeks down the road and they still slide on and fit, it’s like a suction that keeps them on because they are shaped so well to your teeth. Spit probably contributes to the suction. You can talk and they stay, drinks are meh, eating is a big no no. The instructions are clear, there’s more putty than needed if you mess up. I thought I would share some tips from hind sight :) All the kids at trunk or treat thought I was the real deal!

> 3 daySo my first try with these was awful. I followed the instructions but the first fang wouldnt even stay on for the 15 minutes that the paste is supposed to stay and harden. The second time I tried, I did exactly the same thing to prep, but kept hold of the fangs for much longer than the recommended time, just to make sure. They worked very well. You really have to follow the instructions precisely, or else it all fails. Make sure to put the fang on in one easy motion. Make sure you dont get paste in the deep middle of the fang. Let them dry for a long time. One thing that I might have done differently the second, actually successful time was that I mixed the powder and liquid together more quickly and applied it more quickly. I did in fact notice that the paste had already begun to harden in the mixing pot so that may have complicated things. As for the wear of the product, it was great and very convenient. They are not comfortable, but that is to be expected for fake teeth. They are not exceptionally uncomfortable though. You will have a slight lisp but whatever. The fangs stayed on all day. They were exceptionally easy to remove, with just a little push from the lower teeth to the back of the fangs, then a bit of wiggling down to loosen the fang from the tooth you molded it to. I was free to take it out and put it back in all day for band, eating, pictures. It was awesome. And putting them back on was super easy too, just a firm push back onto the tooth. I will say that my teeth did ache just slightly by the very end of the night, but it was well worth it. People really liked them and said they looked really legit. Overall, this is a fantastic product. If its not working for you, either your teeth shape just wont fit with these fangs, or you may havent explicitly followed the instructions. Give it another try. I highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayI love these vampire fangs! Ive been going as a vampire for halloween for as long as I can remember. I always used those awful ones that are hard to talk in and always have you drooling. Ive been wanting to get a good pair and then I found a video on scarecrow fangs. They are fang-tastic! Excuse the pun but seriously they are amazing! They are super comfortable, if done correctly. I recommend watching the official scarecrow fangs video on how to do it. These are molded to your teeth with the powder and liquid and once its been molded it can come off and on without any adhesive. Some people think the powder and liquid is adhesive but its not!!! So if done correctly, its amazing! Ive had mine for 2 years now, and I use it for cosplay all through out the year. They come in different sizes, I chose the subtle or small size and its the perfect size for me! :D

Greater than one weekThese were much better than I expected! They fit perfectly on my teeth, which I would say are medium in size. They look completely natural, or as natural as vampire teeth can look! They look so real, that when I answered the door on Halloween most of the kids got too scared to finish saying trick or treat! I added to the look, by dripping some fake blood on the corners of my mouth, instantly more creepy! I did have trouble with one of the teeth staying in. After adding the paste and fitting according to the package, they both fit and stayed nicely. However, after about 2 hours, one of the teeth came loose and I had to continuously push it in to make it stay. I resolved this by buying some cheap denture powder/paste at Walgreens, and it fit snugly and stayed after that. I will be able to wear these many more times!

Greater than one weekThey fit ok but they’re more yellow than my teeth which is noticeable even in picture.
