Scarecrow Small Deluxe Custom Fangs

I bought these originally hoping to use them for my Halloween costume and was a little disappointed. The instructions were clear and they seem to be really high quality but I have exceptionally flat canine teeth and was unable to get a good fit. After a few different attempts I couldnt get them to stay on more than a couple minutes and a big portion of that was my teeth not going deep enough into the mold to get a good fit. Also, the mold kit smells terrible, but thats more of an annoyance than a real issue with it.

I like this product because I was able to get it to fit my 7-year-old. Once the teeth are already made to fit, just dont it off and on more than 2 or 3 more because it will not stick well after that. But that being said I thought being able to take it off and put it back in 2-3 times without having any issues of it falling out was pretty impressive.

So I had a set of these about 9 years ago and I loved them! Over time I lost one of the fangs and I just never replaced them until now. These teeth are still just as realistic as they were before and Im amazed at how well the color still matches my teeth. I do indulge in teeth staining pastimes so I was worried that theyd be too bright but its a near perfect match! My only gripe is the molding wax. I had a hard time getting the right consistency and just getting the teeth to stay on. I dont remember having trouble at all before. I ended up using all of the capsules given and luckily I already had a couple here which I ended up using. Theyre staying on but theyre not as secure as I remember my first pair being.

These were the perfect sized fangs for my halloween costume. It does take a couple tries to get the mold of the fangs to accurately fit your own teeth. It took me three tries to get the left fang to fit and mold correctly but take into mind that my teeth arent very aligned and they have weird spacing. Also, use ALL of the molding mixture when putting it in the fang. Its going to make a huge difference in the fit of the fang and you want it to be as snug as possible. Its going to overflow during the molding process but you can always clip the excess with nail clippers. The color matched perfectly with my teeth, but if you have relatively white teeth, the color is a thing you might want to take into consideration. Overall, this was an amazing purchase and I highly recommend it.

I originally gave these fangs two stars. This is my updated rating. Seeing how small the fangs, I wasnt even going to try them out. They seemed too small to waste my energy on. Out of boredom, I decided to go ahead and make up the paste and try them on. I searched the instructions on YouTube and I began the process. You take one capsule and empty the contents into the mixing cup. Then you squeeze five drops of the fluid into the cup and stir the contents into a paste with the wooden mixer. You use the mixer to scoop out the paste and place it in one fang. You then hold the fang on your canine tooth for five minutes. Viola. Its complete. So I did that and they seem to fit okay. I like the feel of the fangs. As with all fangs, the YouTube video reminds the user not to eat with these fangs and to not drink anything that will stain them. I, myself, wouldnt consume anything while wearing them. Period. I doubt they are digestible lol. With that in mind, you should avoid swallowing them at all cost.

Love these fangs. I use them with denture adhesive for a more snug fit. They look great in the lights of the haunted house I work for. Very natural looking. Highly recommend if you want a true vampire look

These are the perfect fangs. I ordered a cheap pair of fangs from Party City just to try them out and they were horrible. They didnt look real at all and the plastic that molds on to your teeth didnt work at all. A friend told me about these Scarecrow fangs, so I decided to try them out and they are amazing. Molding is super easy if you follow the intructions well. Once you have them on, you forget theyre there. They are a bit hard to talk with at first, they give you a lisp, but after a while its gets easier. They click on and come off easily and stay put until you take them off. The only down side to this is the taste of the mold and the smell of the drops you have to use to mix the mold. The drops have a strong chemical smell and the mold tastes a bit bitter when you have the fangs on. The taste does go away after a few uses though. The drops should also come with a way to close it when youre done because you dont use all of it. Overall, I love these fangs. Theyre perfect and durable. Just what I was looking for.

Overall: I really liked it. Super easy to adhere the fake teeth to my real teeth. Lasted all Halloween night! Worth the price for what you get. In-depth: It came with a wooden stick to mix, the little beads that melt, some liquid that smelt like nail polish remover and strong chemicals, the teeth and a little capsule to mix it in. I read the directions and it worked like it said it would and wouldnt budge off my teeth if I didnt want it too. The liquid however smelt nauseating, I tried to save some after I made the paste but it seemed to disintegrate the bottom of the little capsule which was concerning but I threw it out anyways. Lasted all Halloween night and didnt cause me any discomfort. I could talk fine in them and so much better then the cheaper ones I have tried.

Fitting these was a little bit of an adventure (I had a little trouble popping them off after they were done setting) but they are fantastic quality! They pop in so easily and look so realistic. They stay in and dont feel loose or weird when youre talking or going about your day. Theyre super easy to pop out but they never feel like theyre going to fall off. I love that I didnt have to glue them in for the entire day because I do think eating in them would have been a challenge. Drinking was ok though! The case they come in is great for storage. Theyre a fantastic value and Im sure Ill be using them for years to come!
