I dislike the button for locking. Every single one of our knobs locks on its own and if you lose the key it’s difficult to open. It’s not a regular turning lock. Not practical when you have small children. Cosmetically it’s beautiful

it didnt seem the cheapest option, but it looks and feels a bit cheap. And it came with a couple dents. It does the job, but Ill look for new options to replace it.

The instructions not as helpful as they could be. I had a really hard time screwing the knob on and after the fact I discovered that the knob was removable by using a screwdriver to press on a little notch on the side of it. This was not really indicated on the instruction pamphlet. Thats the reason for only 3 stars on install.

You get what you pay for. These door knobs may be a little more than “similar” door knobs, but these are flawless. Very sturdy and durable. Great matte finish. Simple to install. Makes a HUGE difference when it comes to home improvement. My 90s built home needed a major updating and these were a key piece!

I would give this a five stars product but the way the screws locate made it somewhat difficult to tighten it. Matte finish but a bit silky feel, so I really like it. Smooth opening and close. Easy to install, did not follow instructions because it is so confusing.

Holds up to my kids yanking on it all of the time so… I’d say it’s good! Also, the handle pops off quite easily with a tool so I can keep the kids out of the closet. Win win.

High quality lock in comparison to so many others. Can only recommend. Easy to install and seems durable. Worth the extra price.

I love these. They really modernized my house, I purchased them for every bedroom and bathroom door and I purchased the non locking version for all other interior doors. The shape and color of them make any space they are in look clean, modern, and attractive without being too sterile as some modern looks tend to be.

Beautiful dummy knobs, very modern and good quality. Here are some tips for first timers like me: 1. You can separate the knob using the gold bar on the side 2. Use a 7/64 drill bit for the pilot holes 3. Tape the bit to the depth, just before tip of the screw, so you know when to stop 4. Trim the template(s) to fit you door(s) 5. If available, use a nail set punch to mark your drill spot 6. If youre doing both sides of the door youll have to flip the template so the screws are horizontal on the other side of the door So pleased with how these turned out.

Bought these to replace my old schlage antique brass knobs in my house because I wanted a updated look. I really liked the look of the matte black so I ordered two to try them with the intent to replace all of them in the house. Unfortunately it didn’t work out. When I installed the first one it squeaked really bad when turning the knob so I tried the second one and it was the same. My current knobs are from the 90’s and great quality because they were made in the USA! At some point Schlage decided to cheap out and send them to china. I would not recommend these knobs to anyone.
