> 3 dayNice looking helmet and looks of high quality. Nice gel coat finish. Bought for my soon to turn 7 year old son and it could not be any bigger and still fit him properly. So he has plenty of room to grow into it. The limiting down sizing adjustment is the chin straps. He is above average size and his head circumference is 20.5 inches. The helmet does say for ages 8+ which, in most cases, I would have to agree is an accurate guide.

> 3 dayThis helmet from Scwinn is your best bet for keeping your kiddo safe while riding their bike. It fits like a glove and allows for adjustment of the size to increase the fit to perfection. The straps also allow for adjustment to fit around the ear. The padding is adequate and my 11, 8, 5 and 4 year old do not complain of it being uncomfortable. This helmet is perfect!

> 3 dayPurchased actually for my 5 & 6 year old. I like the adjustable knob in the back. There is a nice opening in the back for their ponytail to be pulled through - not often found on the toddler ones. Has the sun visor which was totally needed and the venting on top to keep them from complaining its hot. Would buy again.
