> 3 dayWife is very small frame 51 & ~100lbs so head size was smaller; so I chose the Youth model She likes the fit and comfort; the adjustment band on the rear made it a snap to adjust it for her head. Purchased for wife and her new bike; Color matches bike (VERY Important). Does not move on her head when riding. wife has not complained about it messing her hair up (VERY Important) when riding. Seems to be quality made product. Consumer Reports gave good rating for impact, comfort and ventilation.
