I would buy the one without the cable in it, because these cables usually cause one kind of problem or the other, better to have a model with just one long plug which will not have these issues because of cable movement, or break off.

Its solid, durable, no connection issues after Ive used it extensively. This design is definitely the way to go, because it produces far less strain on your jacks than those solid 1-piece adapters. I feel like this should be available for a lower cost, but I have yet to find a quality alternative.
