All the Sennheiser headphones I tried and reviewed are well built and of high quality standards. Everyones preferences are different, and Sennheiser truly has something for everyone--whether a bassy soundcurve for punch (for dance music, DJing, and fans of genres of music which rhythm is important to them), a neutral soundcurve for authenticity (for Classical music, movies, music as it is originally mastered, Musical Theatre, and TV series), or a trebly soundcurve for clarity (for audiobooks, news, sports, talkshows, and vocal music if understanding what is being said/sung is more important than reproducing how they sound in real life). I am looking for a well-built pair of open-air/open-back/open-ear headphones with a neutral soundcurve. This pair of headphones has a trebly soundcurve. I returned these based on my preference, not because they are a bad pair of headphones. In case anyone is wondering about the truth to the rumors of the HD 400 PRO being a hyped up HD 560 S, Based on my personal first hand experience, they include different cables and arent available in black. Other than that, I dont notice any difference in the audio. They are an awesome pair of headphones. But I returned those again because of my personal preference.

A little tight on your head, but the clamp gets better (thats typical for Sennheiser). For $200 you cannot get better sounding open headphone.

Sounds great! Huge upgrade in sound quality over my Bose QC25 headphones. I was concerned whether high impedance (120 ohms) headphones would require a headphone amp. But these get plenty loud enough on my PC and android phone. I ended up buying a shorter 3.5mm cable for convenience.

Son muy cómodos y el sonido es muy claro. Los bajos se escuchan bien pero no retumban ni ensucian el sonido. El cable tal vez es demasiado largo para mí gusto, pero es un inconveniente muy pequeño. Amo mis audífonos.

I am not an audiophile, but I appreciate good sound. I have quite an extensive collection of headphones and the sound quality of this set sits right near the top of the list. Noise cancellation is also very good. Ive used these headphones with my Alienware laptop, Dell Inspiron laptop, 6th generation iPad, and iPhone 12 Pro Max (with adapter). They work perfectly on every device.

I bought these headphones after watching positive reviews on YouTube. In fact, the headphones are so-so .. The sound is simple .... and most importantly, very quiet. Its just that you cant connect to a computer ... Almost nothing is heard ... Ambashura are harsh. They do not fit snugly ... And the headband is not very comfortable .. Maybe Im wrong, but in my opinion they are not worth this very reasonable price either.

its like only maybe 25% better than ksc75 which are like $20. but diminishing returns are the name of the game and these are probably the only reasonable upgrade before you break your wallet. listening to my playlists, a few songs become amazing and sound like a whole new experience while others are noticeably worse and most are just slightly better. use these for those songs that work with this headphone

This is my first pair of headphones over 100 dollars, over 50 ohms impedence, and also my first pair of open backs. I have a DAC amp that can drive them so I was like what the heck. They sound amazing what else can I say. They are bright and the bass is crisp but not booming. Classical and metal music sound great. Rap and edm suffer a little bit with the bass reduction open back style, but quality wise it sounds just as good as my 500 dollar theater system and the headphones were only 150. They will plug into my home theater receiver, Im going to uses these for gaming and the sound doesnt bleed to badly. I will say though if you are one of the type of people who likes to gain and listen to loud music you might have to adjust your settings so other people cant hear you on the mic. But they fit snug and clamp pretty tight, doesnt bleed that much sound. They definitely will work best in a semi quiet room and I think they are great for music and movies. not recording headphones .
