Great sound but very uncomfortable

Short and sweet: These headphones are wonderful for their sound design. I was so happy when I first tried them out that I was able to revisit old songs and have new life breathed into them. As of now, however, after less than two months one side of them have stopped working entirely. There was no show of damage and I was so gentle with these because of their light make I figured I could make these stretch two years. But the window for any returns or exchanges has closed so I am simply out of luck. Please get the warranty with your purchase or face the same unfortunate conclusion I have.

These headphones are extremely comfortable and flexible! I enjoy the open back design so Im able to hear the outside world while Im in my own world, making videos and streaming! The sound is great and the cord is super long! I can pretty much walk around my whole studio with them still on, lol! The cable is a 6.3 mm jack but IT COMES WITH A 3.3 mm jack adapter! SO THATS AWESOME!

Super comfortable to wear for long sessions, amazing choice for gaming, solid entry headphones if youve never tried open backs.

Incredibly even sound. Extremely transparent, and moreso with the open-backs. Much less perceived ear pressure as well. Id heard really good things about these cans before I purchased them, and it all turned out to be true, which is always a nice surprise. I highly recommend them.

I use these for call of duty Warzone. The audio is great. It’s very clear and I combine it with in-game studio reference setting so it’s a nice soft, but clear audio. Make sure to purchase an amp with it tho, mine paired well with the sound blaster g6

Too much clapping force, wire much shorter than expected. Sound is OK. Ordering process was good, and delivery was quick.

I didnt buy these on Amazon but on the Sennheiser website. When you first get these out of the box, they look and feel kinda cheap. I assume this was made to save cost where possible and save that for the actual drivers. The weight is fantastic, very light and the over all comfort of the headphones is very good for me and I wear glasses with them. They are very different comfort wise with the pads fully and snugly enclosing the ears as opposed to headphones like the Phillips SCHP9500 which have a looser feel and dont grip as tightly. Again, I wouldnt say either is worse just different.

Having been an HD650 snob for a while now, deep down I was convinced I wouldnt like these. I have an A&K SR25 running into a Bottlehead that Ive been tube rolling. The 1st time listening to these I wasnt blown away. Going back to the 650s is home. What Im used to. Tonight I started with the 650s then switched, and Im much more impressed now. Comfortable, airy, very accurate, neutral across the spectrum, and a large sound stage. A definite bargain at $200. Im glad to have another option & happy I dont have to return them. Cant wait to use them in the studio.
