Ears get hot after 5 minutes. The sound is veiled as compared to AKGs. Details are similar to AKG K430 which costs $60. Overall, buy it if its under $100 and if you dont have an > $30 headphone. Otherwise, find another. For glasses wearers, this one is friendly.

I bought these headphones over 3 year ago on Black Friday. They are still rocking after 4 years of heavy use. Keep in mind these headphones are home headphones... you dont want to use these out on the town roaming around. By far the best headphones i have owned in my 37 years on this planet.

Excelente par de audífonos. Muy cómodos, ideales para largas sesiones de producción o para simplemente esuchar música, películas y más. Ojo, el diseño es abierto, por lo que no son recomendados en sitios ruidosos.

Rien à dire de négatif sur ce casque : - Très confortable, on ne le sent pas sur les oreilles après des heures découte ; - Cest un casque ouvert, cest-à-dire quon entend les bruits extérieurs et que lextérieur entend notre musique ; - Les sons sont bien équilibrés ; - Le câble est amovible, néanmoins cest un câble spécial Sennheiser. Très bonne acquisition (pour 99 € car il sagissait dune vente flash) !

I got these on sale on Black Friday for $109 so it was a catch! I think the first thing I want to mention is how comfortable they are. I own a pair of the ATH-M50s and started off with those. The M50s are great but they start to clamp down on your head and make it uncomfortable after a few hours. Another thing I want to say is the sound quality is quite balanced for all ranges. It does very well with a wide range of music. The bass is great, but certainly not heavy. If youre looking for a bass heavy headphones, these might not be what you want. They are my first open back headphones and so far I love them. I also love the fact that it came with two chords. The longer one has a 1/4 inch jack and the shorter one has the normal 3.5mm jack that goes into mobile devices and computers. I love plugging the headphones into my keyboard to play my music. It really enhances the experience of practising.

I bought a pair of HD 598, cream with wood inlays, in December 2014. Ive used them almost every day since then, and Im writing this review in September 2020, nearly 6 years later(!!) because they just started to fail. One of the ear pieces is buzzing at moderate to high volumes, and so I will need a replacement pair soon. Over the years Ive dropped them countless times, Ive listened to every style of music at high and low volumes, sometimes for hours and hours without a break. They cost me about $165, or 8 cents per day after nearly 6 years of constant use. Sennheiser makes headphones with excellent build quality. The sound is 95% as close to the best you will ever hear.

Basic sub-par stereo audio, cheap plastic build that literally broke apart (earpiece fell off and hangs by wire). Expected a lot more for the price and name.

Bought as a gift, and the recipient loved it. These are very professional and not cheap.

i ordered a used one and i first tought it was new ,everything in the box was well placed and the box itself was nearly new.Those headphones are awesome i definetly recommend
