> 24 hourThese are perfect for all types of music. I mostly listen to ska punk, rock, and metal and I am absolutely blown away by how much of my favorite tracks my pair of Beats earbuds was hiding from me. The bass is just right without being exaggerated and the treble is so spectacularly clear. I only have two complaints: opening the headband seems to damage/pinch the wires that lead to the actual headphones, and within a week I experienced some times when my music would stop because my phone registered the device as having been removed when it hadnt. The second is possibly due to wear and tear (I was rather unkind to the wire during my first few days of use), but the first is definitely a manufacturing issue. I worry that over time Ill need to replace this wire. Overall, definitely recommend.

> 24 hourThese headphones sound very good and can get LOUD. I took a chance on these as Ive seen many DJs and producers use them. As a DJ myself, Ive used many different headphones from all different price points. Although I love how these sound, the build quality is awful. All cheap plastic construction and faux leather on the earcups and headband that rips/wears very easy. Ill stick with my Audio Technica ATH-M60x headphones. MUCH better build quality and just slightly flatter sound. The HD 25s have slightly boosted low frequencies. Overall these are overrated. Ive been told the older models were better quality.

> 24 hourThese are not everyday use headphones. These are true DJ headphones. Theyre not for producing either. If you keep them on your ears for 2 consecutive hours they will start digging into your ears and thats not comfortable at all. However, they are truly perfect as DJ headphones. Well balanced sound, good grip so they dont slide down when theyre resting on your head. Im glad I purchased these.

> 24 hourSennheiser headphones have always performed! Near studio sound across models, but the HD 25s are superb! Not overdone bass like Beats, highs dont fall apart like Sony. The fit is snug on my big head. But, it does a great job filtering out room noise. Noise reduction is passive (non-electronic) which is a good thing! Active electronic noise filtering (Bose, Sony) affects sound quality. These headphones prove it once again. If you are looking for serious sound, pick up a pair of these!

> 24 hourThese are the best DJ headphones. Clear sound, tight bass, excellent volume, comfortable for long time use.

> 24 hourI had a pair of $300 Pioneer DJ headphones I loved, but needed replaced. Decided to save 50% and give Sennheiser a try. Would I buy again? Hmm, honestly I wish I had spent the extra $150 and bought another pair of Pioneers, but I think for most people these will be adequate, I just dont think they are perfectly suited to bass-heavy EDM.

> 24 hourTheres a good reason these have been a standard for DJs over the last 25+ years. Comfortable, light weight and sound great.

> 24 hourCups fit tight - even on my narrow female head (and I have small ears, too). Its good for the noise isolation. Its meant to be that way. Only the left ear cup swivels. I thought both would, so that was a small letdown since I didnt see mentioned anywhere. I didnt even get a bag or anything to hold the headphones. I knocked off a star because even all of my $100 casual/budget/gaming headphones that I bought over the years ALL came with a nylon bag at least. I guess they had to skimp out somewhere, he? Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT buy these for casual listening to keep on your head straight for several hours. They are not meant for that purpose. Your ears will choke, get sweaty and get fatigued.

> 24 hourThey started shorting out before I could even use them for a recording class (which recommended them). Since I needed them in a hurry, returning wasnt an option. It was a struggle as they would cut in and out unless I held them just right. [EDIT: I eventually just pulled out the connectors and put them back in when this happened every now and then. In 2022 I had to replace the cord because the wire broke after years of bending. The earphones have worked fine over the years since I bought them and I would buy them again (unless I find something better)
