> 24 hourAnd you shall know, he is The Light! On the 10th level of tired, running into this light in a dark alley, scary bright. I have a pretty bright workshop to begin with, so my goal was to minimize the amount of fixtures while still upgrading the lighting. This is perfect for my 20x24 shop. 10ceilings. Ive got some more expensive fixtures @300w 110v & two 1150w 220v high bays. This 240w puts more light than my 300w and its a better light. Not so white and that helps reduce shadows, more balanced light. Not as bright as my 220v, and it shouldnt be at 14 the power rating. But its bright enough i can replace a 220v with this one, saving power. Im thinking about hooking my lighting to a solar setup I just bought.

> 24 hourThe light is very bright. We hung it in the garage over the workbench to provide more light. Our garage is not insulated, so it gets cold in there. This light comes on right away and is full power, even in the cold. The other lights in the garage are not cold start and take a while to get to their full brightness. It is very heavy, so make sure you secure the anchor bolt well. We did not use the wiring for the optional dimmer on it. Its nice that its movable if we should need to place in a different area.

> 24 hourThis light is super bright. Its in a cast-aluminum housing, and is not flimsy in any way. I like the fact that you can hang it from the hook that you screw into the housing. Its very secure. The cord is about 6 feet long. This is absolutely meant for high ceilings, such as in a commercial building. Very nice.

> 24 hourThis is your basic UFO light. It looks like a little flying saucer and puts out a lot of light. It is designed to be 16 to 19 feet up. It looks well made with quality materials. Installation is simple, screw in the eye, fasten it to an eye or chain, fasten the safety cable, plug it in and turn it on. It has an ROHS label. That means the European League certified that it does not have hazmat inn its construction. However there are no UL, ETL or CE labels on it that I could find. If it isn’t certified, does your insurance cover the building and contents if it starts a fire?

> 24 hourThis seems to be a little bit warmer than the 5000K daylight Im used to. But its very bright and does a great job of illuminating my garage.

> 24 hourI hung this on one side of my workshop, its bright which is to be expected as several of them can be used in warehouses. I also used a smart Alexa activated switch for it which is useful for turning it off when you are going out of the workshop door. Plugging it into a smart switch (which I then plugged into the overhead door) eliminated any additional wiring.

> 24 hourThis was a VERY BRIGHT light!!! I needed something to replace the garage light so that my husband could work on his welding more. This was perfect and was brighter than the last lights we had up!! Love them!!

> 24 hourUnit is made of heavy duty metal and is exceptionally bright. When I have time I will remove an old light and replace it with this one. It is so bright I may be able to take out a second light as well. My shop is not overly large so one of these units should provide far more light than 2 led light bulbs or fluorescents. I cant say how long this will last but the paperwork says it should hit 50 or 60,000 hours which will likely outlast me.

> 24 hourThis light came packaged in a heavy cardboard box with Styrofoam padding under and over the light, very solid packaging. The light measures about 10 inches across overall and the light bulb is about 7 inches in diameter. It also has a stainless steel safety lanyard with carabiner you can attach to a beam as a safety to keep the light from falling if the hook attachment should fail. (the hook is not going to fail, but possibly the chain you hang it from may) It is simple, just screw the hook into the back of the light, use the small black screw that comes with it and insert it into the collar around the hook and tighten, to prevent the hook from unscrewing. Just hang the light on a hook or chain and it comes with a second longer screw to basically close the hook on the light. Then plug it in. The light does need to be plugged into a switchable plug as there is no On/Off on the light but as it is designed to be hung 10 to 13 feet high that is to be expected. This light is BRIGHT, I only had it on for a few minutes but during that time I did not note any excessive heat, but after a period of time I can imagine it could get hot. I have it hung over my Grill area at about 8 feet high and it lights up the area far better then 2 LED Flood Lights I had previously. Great light for a large area if you have enough headroom.
