This will easily replace a pair of 96 inch fluorescent tubes, providing just as much light. These will change the light dispersion a bit reducing the amount of light wasted - and it will get rid of the annoying ballast hum and slow start-up when cold. Being dimmable, these should also work better for times when full on is too much.

The light arrived faster than expected. It’s a durable, yet light weight low profile lamp that is portable. Comes with two options for hanging the lamp so you can somewhat adjust the angle. It is very bright and can light up a large area.

Super bright, light weight, and easy to hang with included hook. This has a plug in cord which makes it nice for moving around in the shop. Over all good price and nice product!

Pretty much plug and play, as it has a standard grounded three prong plug. Its hanging in my attic, where it shines a bright light pretty much everywhere. I guess I no longer have an excuse to clean things up there, now that nothing is hidden. Really good light; my bad luck.

Im using this as a moveable light in my workshop/garage. Currently have it hung in the center of a 26X30 space and it lights it all up. I just used an outplug/adapter in an existing light socket , thinking there will be times I may want to move it to another postion for focused light in a corner or something. Appears to be a very well-made, sturdy light. Cant comment on the dimming function.

This is a well-designed bright area light with many different applications. The metal housing is designed to dissipate the heat generated by the super bright LEDs and it does a great job. There is a securable hook you screw into the housing that allows you to hang the light from a chain or hook. It also has the ability to be hooked up to a dimmer if needed. It doesnt include the dimmer, which you should be able to pick up on Amazon. For a light that plugs into a standard three-prong outlet, this sure does put out a lot of brightness with safety features and options you would only find in a high-end light. Easy to recommend!

I have a medium-large, barn-like studio. This light provides excellent lighting for my main work area. It came very well protected for shipping and was very easy to install. Just hang the light from a hook or chain and plug it in. Its that simple. It even comes with an optional wire for installing a dimmer. Just be sure to get one that meets the specifications for this light. A household dimmer switch wont do. I highly recommend this light fixture.
