Not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from but these devices are a disappointment. I believe they have a LOT of potential but they are not there yet. The Gateway is NEEDED to see the sensors remotely and the Gateway is too weak to see the sensors if they are not within 30 or 40 ft of the gateway. The Gateway also falls off the network intermittently. No real dashboard on the Gateway so there is no way of really knowing what is going on with the gateway. Setup of the gateway is pretty cruddy and it takes a LONG time for it to connect. Last, these devices are pretty expensive for something that does not work very well. The accuracy of the sensors have a LOT to desire. Putting two different sensor next to these show these sensors are a few numbers off for Humidity, Dew Point, etc.

Initially I had a question about PoE (Power over Ethernet) support and got a really quick response and an equally great solution. Following that I had a question about how the Push Alerts worked and got a detailed explanation about how they work a little differently than when you are using the sensors on Bluetooth without a Gateway. I am really happy with the sensors and the gateway. I really appreciate the great customer service, it is so rare these days.

My unit was defective from the start. It wouldnt link up to the internet. Very little info in the instruction pamphlet. Truly disappointed with this purchase.

Recently bought the Gateway. Simple to operate and install and does the job well! Regarding the Sensors, 3 years ago I purchased 6 SensorPush units to monitor the crawlspace in my new home. I placed each of the devices strategically around the crawlspace and started to monitor immediately. Initially, I also temporarily placed a couple of other devices to compare the SensorPush accuracy and found its temperature and moisture readings to be right on the button. All of the units were within a couple percentage points and degrees depending on where they are located which was expected. The app was easy to install with intuitive use. Readings recorded and reported continuously within 1 to 2 minutes. After my experience, my neighbor immediately bought 3 units for his crawlspace. I was surprised with the life of the batteries of 2 1/2 years before having to be changed. As mentioned by others, the customer service is exceptional with their quick follow-up and resolution. After my experience, without question, I would purchase again. Superior product, accurate readings and reasonable cost for it quality and use.

Im amazed by this product and its iOS app. It even sends me a push notification to my phone when a sensor has been missing/unreachable for some time. These guys/gals really did an incredible job with this product. Ive seen so many poorly implemented IOT devices/apps, and this is definitely one of the best. It just works.

I have the Gateway along with the thermometer. Thermometer first, just with Bluetooth, then added the Gateway. Upon first addition to the app (which is simple and works well) the Gateway didnt work properly. It just took deleting the Gateway from the app and re-linking. Basic IT problem solving. I did have to email customer service to ask about how to get email or text alerts of low/high temperature. They responded within 12 hours with more than enough information including lots of help. I cant post the site here, but contact them. Works great, slick setup. Now I get email alerts.

When looking for humidity sensors for my house and gun safe, I passed over the SensorPush products at first because of price, and went with something cheaper. I ended up returning the cheaper ones and getting the SensorPush and I am so glad that I did! The Gateway is well worth it to view the sensor data from anywhere using the app, and also comes in very handy for something like a gun safe or refrigerator/freezer that would have limited bluetooth range, but a gateway outside of the safe easily connects to the sensor inside and then to the cloud for very reliable service! I contacted customer service a couple times with questions and feature suggestions, and each and every time, I would immediately get a response back from the owner / founder of the company himself. Amazing customer service and very professional and friendly! I cant recommend SensorPush enough, and the Gateway was a perfect addition. Get SensorPush, and you will be glad you did!
