Sensor push makes great stuff. Their sensors transmit through a deep freezer and will alarm me if temperature rises.

This is a simply fantastic product. The sensors have a fantastic battery life. The setup is EASY. The iphone app is GREAT. Nicely designed, excellent functionality. I tried another competing product sold on amazon and that was one of the very worst pieced of tech Ive ever used. I threw it in the trash. This SensorPush product, however, is fantastic.

I setup this Gateway and a Temp/Humidity sensor. You will find yourself googling the product you purchased. The package does not tell you if batteries are included nor how to install or replace them. The unit pairs easily enough but after 30 minutes it failed to take a single reading of temp or humidity. There is no feature or button to attempt to wake it up and take a Current Reading so you are at the mercy of when it wants to take a reading. I deleted the puck and re-paired numerous times not a single temperature reading was taken. Put it back in the box and shipped it back for refund. The lack of a button Take Current Reading to wake it up, take a pulse of its health/status is a huge mistake and I just cant see how this thing can be relied on. I purchased for extended business travel to send alerts if the home gets to cold to prevent freezing pipes so I would have time to call for a heating technician. I,m going to point a security camera at a thermometer instead,

The SensorPush G1 WiFi Gateway (and associated sensors), is an excellent system for monitoring temperature and humidity remotely. Its super easy to set up. The sensors (sold separately) communicate with the SensorPush WiFi Gateway, receiving readings by the minute. The WiFi Gateway connects to your home internet via Ethernet or WiFi. The free phone app is used to install, configure, and monitor readings of temperature and humidity. You can even set notifications for when the temperature or humidity exceeds your thresholds. This is a wonderful system that can be used for a myriad of applications (wine storage, cigar storage, refrigeration temperature, greenhouses, etc). We will be using it while traveling to know if our HVAC system stops working, or if our refrigerator loses power for an extended period (meaning our food is no longer safe to eat). I wish the company would offer a bundle package (WiFi Gateway + 2 sensors), or (3 sensor package), etc. Thanks for the excellent product!

I have the temp sensor and this gateway and have not had any issues with it since i ordered and setup. A solid product that works! Maybe a bit on the expensive side.

This product connects very well with sensor. it is able to use wifi or hardwired for notification function. works vert good

I paired this gateway with my SensorPush thermometer which I placed in my deep freeze located in my detached garage. I also had to locate the gateway in the garage because the signal from the thermometer just cannot not reach far due to being in an insulated steel box. It works great and I can now see the temperature in my deep freeze from essentially anywhere in the world where I have access to Wifi and also receive an alert if my deep freeze should stop working properly and the temperature start to rise where my food would begin to thaw. Since I usually keep a fair amount of frozen food in my deep freeze, it is important that I be able to know if anything happens to my deep freeze which would trigger thawing of the contents.
