I bought this to use in our rv. We have pets that travel with us and wanted something that would notify us when the power goes out. Since I couldn’t find a power monitor with WiFi notification I figured I’d try a temperature monitor. I have some issues with this product which I’ve contacted the manufacturer about and they’ve shown little interest in. A temp monitor has too much of a lag by the time your notified while a power monitor would be much faster. If your any distance from your rv time becomes precious. They seem to have no interest in developing a power monitor. Since I’ve retired my eyesight has changed and I find the app extremely difficult to read. There is minimal contrast and line weight. You can’t zoom in on anything and I’ve actually had to use a magnifying glass. Very well made but missed the mark.

Recently bought the Gateway. Simple to operate and install and does the job well! Regarding the Sensors, 3 years ago I purchased 6 SensorPush units to monitor the crawlspace in my new home. I placed each of the devices strategically around the crawlspace and started to monitor immediately. Initially, I also temporarily placed a couple of other devices to compare the SensorPush accuracy and found its temperature and moisture readings to be right on the button. All of the units were within a couple percentage points and degrees depending on where they are located which was expected. The app was easy to install with intuitive use. Readings recorded and reported continuously within 1 to 2 minutes. After my experience, my neighbor immediately bought 3 units for his crawlspace. I was surprised with the life of the batteries of 2 1/2 years before having to be changed. As mentioned by others, the customer service is exceptional with their quick follow-up and resolution. After my experience, without question, I would purchase again. Superior product, accurate readings and reasonable cost for it quality and use.

Im not sure how we managed to grow anything 25 years ago ha ha. Once you have these in place, you can monitor the environmental conditions in each area that you are concerned about. My Wi-Fi is shaky at times and occasionally you will get an off-line status. Usually shutting off your iPhone and turning it back on works to get everything working again. My greenhouse is about 100 feet away from the transmitting gate Way unit. Bluetooth is used to connect that distance. I have three other units in three different rooms. So far, so good!

Spectacularly easy setup! Another great product from this team. I can now monitor all of my sensors from anywhere. Looking forward to what they come up with next!

Works very well. I would give it 5 stars, but it has no ability to login to WiFi networks that require a user acceptance or login to get on the network. Sent manufacturer a note they should add the ability to the app to proxy through to the login screen if login is required. They said most people connect to their phone which defeats the purpose as I need my phone to receive the notifications. Updated: Still no ability to “login” or “accept” terms of use for WiFi networks that require either of those options, thus making it useless while traveling.

I bought the gateway along with 6 sensors. The gateway was fulfilled by SensorPush and the sensors were fulfilled by Amazon. Amazon shorted me 2 sensors but I went ahead and set-up the 4 that I received on my Smartphone and programmed the gateway when I received it the following day. I currently have 8 sensors set-up in my house and they are working flawlessly. Ive checked temps away from home and the gateway works perfectly. SensorPush is an amazing product!!
