> 24 hourEffective at scrubbing away grime, if you use a little elbow grease! I like using these to disinfect the floor after my puppy has an accident. She is always licking up treats off the floor, so I like using Seventh Generation wipes because I know they are safe for her. I can imagine that if you have little kiddos who crawl on the floor, these non-toxic, all natural wipes would be a better alternative to traditional chemical Klorox wipes. Pro Tip: The surface youre cleaning must remain wet for 3 full minutes in order to disinfect. This means that you may have to use more than 1 wipe to keep the surface wet for the full 3 minutes.

> 24 hourI wanted to write a review about these because they are really different. I bought them initially because I couldn’t get Clorox wipes or Lysol wipes anywhere. Finally. After checking availability every single night for a week straight. These came up. I bought several. At first? The scent was strange and overpowering as I wasn’t expecting ANYTHING like that! It’s very different from the other disinfecting wipes. The other products smell more antiseptic more mediciney, and this is definitely an organic experience!! Spicy. Like rosemary and basil. I took me a few days to adjust my sniffer, but once I got used to what was just an unfamiliar scent? I started to really love them! I’ve been using them for a while now, and I absolutely ADORE them. My first choice always from now on! And they do a great job of cleaning and disinfecting. It takes a second or two for the wiped down wet surface to dry completely. But then? They dry streak free!! The scent lingers - I recommend them SO highly. Don’t give up on these right away. It’s just that you’re not used to the smell. The smell is not something you have previously equated in your subconscious as a “disinfectant” type scent, but in a very short time? You become comfortable with it, It becomes very pleasant. Especially when you don’t get out of your house for days at a time; I’m wiping my kitchen counters all the time now just because I love how it makes my kitchen smell.

> 24 hourThe smell is so weird! It reeks of oregano?? Every time I use the wipes my husband asks why it smells so weird in the house. Otherwise, good wipes and a good value.

> 24 hourI love wipes for cleaning! Im lazy and these are easy. I also love that their safe to use around my pets. Im constantly cleaning up after them and I dont have to worry about their safety with these! Good price. I like this brand. Environmentally friendly. Only con: they smell awful! Luckily the smell doesnt linger on your stuff, but while youre cleaning its pretty gross.

> 24 hourAfter trying numerous wipes - both natural and highly chemical, I settled on this for daily use. The smell takes a bit of getting used to, but is not bad and it is thankfully not heavily perfumed with chemical phthalates like most of the other wipes are. A big advantage to these is that they work well on a variety of plastics and metal products, and don;t seem to ever cause any mar to the finish. I have even used them to wipe clothes, after noticing stains or food spilled on them. Like any other wipe, make sure to wash your hands after using them, especially if you are going to touch your eyes. It is not a good feeling to touch your eyes after these! You wont go blind but you will need to wipe your eyes because they will tear up. Some limitations to these are: 1) They will not clean really dirty items or stains as good as a Clorox wipe. For example, Seventh Generation wipes are great for wiping a generally clean toilet bowl rim or sink, but if you have stains on anything porcelain, a Clorox Wipe will do a better job. 2) Like the Lysol or Clorox or most other wipes, as you get about halfway through the wipes in the cannister, they become very wet. If that is the case, I recommend just wringing the wet wipe out a bit and releasing some of the liquid before using it. Overall, I like these and have these on hand all the time now. I have come to rely on them for daily cleaning. I have even taken 2 at a time and attached them to my Swiffer Sweeper, and have used them as a wet mop. It works o.k., and is cheaper than buying the Swiffer wet mop refills, although the Seventh Generation wipes dont pick up quite as much dust and dirt.

> 24 hourFinally, something I trust to clean but be safe. After I used it for the first time, I started wondering where the lovely scent in my apartment was coming from. It was the aftermath of using a few disinfectant wipes! A remarkable product.

> 24 hourKnowing these seventh generation wipes disinfect and safe to use around my kids and pets is reason enough for me to use them. I really love the earthy fragrance which isn’t over powering, and leaves behind a nice lingering smell as it dries. The wipes are more of a cloth texture vs other brands that feel cheap and linty. These dont dry out my fingers like Clorox.

> 24 hourAgree with other reviewers re: wet time and smell. As a physician and amateur chef, Im highly skeptical of anything that requires a 10-minute wet time to disinfect. Thats for the most part not practical, particularly when you often need multiple wipes to maintain that wetness. As appealing as it is to avoid harsh chemicals found in the competitions products, I used up this pack and will not purchase again. Im going with a hydrogen peroxide based wipe, which, while it may smell even worse than these, gets the job done in seconds to a few minutes. Hydrogen peroxide is actually naturally occurring and much more effective at disinfecting. Three stars only for this products efficacy in cleaning, not disinfecting.

> 24 hourIt takes a minute to get used to the smell. Strong Thyme, light citrus. At first I didnt like it at all, but the more I used them the less it bothered me. If fact I now kind of like it. They clean really well and I prefer these for the icky sticky messes that my kids make. Overall I like them a lot. Give them a chance and trust me - the smell can actually grow on you. :)
