I am using this with UniFi switch, but it should work with any SFP device. It is basically just SFP with wires connecting them. Remember to configure the speed on your equipment to the lowest speed both devices can handle. For example, if one handles 10Gb but the other is only 1Gb, then you will have to tell the 10Gb one to slow it down to 1Gb to allow both to talk to each other.
