> 24 hourI’ve used this just once. And so far I love it. I’d give it a except how short the battery life is. Was probably 20 min or so and feel like an hour would be more reasonable. BUT it was long enough to vacuum my steps and most of the downstairs (about 850 sf). Did a great job and was pretty much what I expected otherwise. Love the different attachments and being able to use as handheld or for floors. Will update if anything changes as it gets more use.

> 24 hourI bought this in July of 2022 and use it regularly at least once a day. I have a cat at home and her fur and litter gets everywhere. The vacuum was great at first, but now the suction isn’t as strong and it isn’t picking up the litter as easily anymore. I’m a bit disappointed because it hasn’t been a full year since I’ve had this product.

> 24 hourI use this vaccum as a broom. It is so lightweight although suction power mimmicks a more heavy duty vaccum. Even my 8 yr. old niece loves using it and is quite efficient with it I must say. The turn radius of the brush allows you to get in hard to reach places so thats really a plus.

> 24 hourListen! I rarely write reviews but this little charming machine deserves 10 stars! Both myself and baby have very bad allergies and I’m constantly running my two roombas. I’ve noticed I was still pulling out my corded shark vacuum to get what the roombas missed. This vacuum is amazing. It gets under all of my furniture, picks up every piece of dog hair or crumbs. It works very well on area rugs and even better on the mat in my dogs kennel. I vacuum her kennel every morning and every piece of hair is picked up. I wish the battery lasted longer than 20 minutes but I’m able to vacuum the first floor of my house with no problem. If you have kids or pets, this is a must. Dog hair is no longer an issue. This vacuum gets used several times a day. You won’t regret buying this!

> 24 hourThis is the 4th stick vac I’ve bought this year and the first one I will be keeping. It’s powerful in suction, lightweight, very manageable, stands on its own and the battery outlasts the three previously returned models I bought! Very satisfied with my purchase

> 24 hourI bought one and love it. Im cheap. I bought a second one to leave out at the ranch, saved a few $ on this second one choosing Condition: Used - Like New - Item will come in original packaging. Its obviously never used, as-new, most of the packaging was unopened. ... But I discovered too late, beyond 30 day return when I went to use it, that the filter element was missing. Apparently someone returned it after stealing the filter element. I phoned Shark and they sent me a free filter. Thanks Shark! Now its complete, it really is as-new. Its great for all the dust we bring in, at the ranch. Folks check your Like New and Good items, before the 30 days is out!

> 24 hourGood: Very light. Comes with a stand. Pretty looking. Battery lasts about 15 to 20 minutes, enough for a small job. Bad: 1) After a year, the dustbin button failed, and it needs to be pried open. 2) I need to wash the filter with detergent every time I clear the dustbin, otherwise, it gives off a foul smell when I vacuum, meaning smelly dust is being blown back out. 3) Filter is just a sponge + a thin cloth-like material, not HEPA. 4) Although I use it to clean up small areas in the house, it is still not powerful enough. Overall, I would not recommend this product. What I learnt: HEPA filter is a must. Dustbin is twisted/screwed on instead of opening by a flimsy plastic push button.

> 24 hourIt doesnt do well for what I bought it for (vacuuming carpeted stairs) but its really good for spot cleaning hardwood floors. If I had tried it before I bought it in wouldnt have bought it. But since I already bought it Im not going to return it

> 24 hourI am in love with this little vacuum! I put vacuum in quotes, because its not your typical vacuum. Its more of a dust buster with a long vaccum-shaped attachment. There are no rollers or anything in the head, so it is very light... which I love! I had been using my dust-buster to clean up crumbs after my 4 small children ate meals, but it was annoying to have to cover a large area with such a small tool, on my hands and knees. So this Shark is exactly what I needed! Its been great on my hard floors and low-pile area rugs. The suction is OK. It picks up without having to go over crumbs multiple times, but I do have to be right on top of them. Crumbs nearby or close to the edges of the head might need another pass. It also doesnt seem to be powerful enough to clean our carpeted areas well. I will bring out our big vacuum for those. Which is fine! Just dont expect a super powerful deep clean with this vacuum. It is light and wonderful to whip out for tidying up really quickly. Because of its wonderful accessibility, I use it multiple times every day and have a much cleaner house than I did before!

> 24 hourI wanted something that would clean up chunky stuff on our exterior patios. This works very well with small leaves, etc. It has no rotating brush so hair is not a problem either. It may not be a good choice for carpet though. It is not a wet vac either. The filters are washable. You have to plug in charger cord separately... not built into stand.
