> 3 dayInitially this lightweight vacuum worked great on hardwood and tile, but it lost a lot of suction over time. I deep cleaned the dust cup, and found debris hiding in the back of the cup. Also there is a black filter cover and a sponge filter that needs to be cleaned. I found a lot of fine dust packed around where the filters are housed. As others have suggested, these areas must be periodically cleaned to keep suction up.

> 3 daya couple of not so good things: the stand is so light you have to put foot on it when removing or placing the vacuum on it, the attachments are not that heavy duty plastic and feels like it will crack if you are rough with it, not that good on carpets - low pile carpets needs a few passes, doesnt hold much dirt in compartment - which is fine if its for small jobs. the good: very light, good sucktion, great on hardwood floor, easy to empty, can be used a few different sizes and easy to handle. as a full vac, it is good for small areas with hard floors. for hand vac very easy to hold and versatile. it could cost a bit less.

> 3 day*Please note I have no hard wood floors, and I am using this on carpet* I ordered this vacuum a few months ago, and to this day it works great. I do a significant amount of 3D printing, and general crafting work at home, and I live in a fairly small apartment. Thats important because i am dealing with a lot of shavings, plastics, and other random materials throughout my living area. I have used this for clean up and it works exceptionally well. My floors are still clean and I have yet to see a reduction in suction despite repeat use. Also, I did not realize the battery would last so long, nor hold charge for long between uses. Overall Id highly recommend this vacuum to anyone. If it can survive my makeshift workshop, it will certainly work at home with few issues.

> 3 dayThis is a great vacuum for hardwood floors / cleaning up messes quickly! Love it for quick cleanups with the kids and dog! The 3 different uses / attachments work great for all spaces. My main complaints are the battery life is not the best, I don’t have a large house and it usually does not allow me to complete the 4 rooms without a charge- it also MUST be plugged in after every use. I’m not a big fan of the charging setup as it is just a cord that plugs into the top and just lays out unless we put it up or it’s plugged in, which is not the most convient. For the price, it does feel cheaply made and I feel battery setup / life should be better. It also does not work on rugs, which I have a few of. It will suck up a mess but it is not sufficient for cleaning / removing pet hair or debris from anything other than tile / hardwood floors. All in all I give it 3 out of 5 stars! I love it for hardwood and the lightweight / ease of use, but wish again for the price it was an all in one vacuum’

> 3 dayI bought this thinking it would last longer than 11 months. The top that you can pull off to use in the car, etc. will not stay when I snap it into the bottom part that you use for the floor. It is like the part it snaps into is worn out. I thought Shark made a better product than this and that is why I spent the extra month on it. Every time I pick it up it comes apart falls to the floor. So frustrating.

> 3 dayWhat can I say? This vacuum is amazing and my 3 year old would agree. I bought it to clean up toddler messes and small things around the house. It works perfect for that! My little ones love helping around the house with it. To my surprise my toddler brought the handheld section to me and there was water coming out of it. In fact, the entire canister was full of water. He decided the toilet needed vacuumed and vacuumed toilet water. Yep. Toilet water. I quickly disassembled the vacuum, let it dry and prayed it would still work. I just received it and was not ready to deal with the heartbreak of it being broken. After drying it the best I can and letting it sit for a few days, I put it back together and guess what? IT WORKS!!! So, while I don’t recommend using it for the toilet I am very impressed with its ability to withstand the wrath of a toddler.

> 3 dayEs un producto muy funcional, trabaja muy bien y no es pesado. Su problema es que la batería se descarga bastante rápido. No funciona en áreas muy grandes de trabajo porque te dejara a medias. Además si se queda sin batería tarda mucho tiempo para cargar de nuevo. Si la quieres para un lugar pequeño es buena opción, pero siempre deberías tener la batería 100% cargada.

Greater than one weekWe have 5 large dogs that roam the entire house (including longer haired ones like German shepherds, labs and goldens) + a small animal room with bunnies, Guinea pigs, ferrets, etc. Needless to say, there’s a lot of dirt, hair and bedding everywhere when we go to clean daily. This thing works amazingly. It really picks up all the dirt, sand and dog hair with no issues. The container where it stores all the mess may seem small but it’s enough space to get my living room, hallways, second living room/office space, dining room and kitchen before emptying it. And I’ve never had an issue with it clogging due to pet hair. Only problem I have is the suction part is right in the middle, so if you’re just going over the floor quickly, it won’t get the corners or around round objects good. You’ll have to take it apart to be the smaller handheld portion to get those spaces. And it takes quite a long time to charge so I recommend leaving it plugged in every time you’re not using it. Other than that, it’s definitely worth buying it.

> 3 dayI like that it is portable. It comes with a charger that I sometimes forget to use. I also like that it adjust with different nozzles and comes with a stand/mount.

Greater than one weekGood: Very light. Comes with a stand. Pretty looking. Battery lasts about 15 to 20 minutes, enough for a small job. Bad: 1) After a year, the dustbin button failed, and it needs to be pried open. 2) I need to wash the filter with detergent every time I clear the dustbin, otherwise, it gives off a foul smell when I vacuum, meaning smelly dust is being blown back out. 3) Filter is just a sponge + a thin cloth-like material, not HEPA. 4) Although I use it to clean up small areas in the house, it is still not powerful enough. Overall, I would not recommend this product. What I learnt: HEPA filter is a must. Dustbin is twisted/screwed on instead of opening by a flimsy plastic push button.
