> 3 dayJust got it so I haven’t been able to really test the battery life. This is not great on carpet but I bought it for my floors. I wanted something to chase tumbleweeds from long haired cats. I also needed for litter from one cat that acts limits confetti. For those things it’s perfect so far. Opening the trash canister for emptying is a little cumbersome but I’m sure I’ll get better at that.

> 3 dayI’ve been on a holy crusade for something to combat the amazing amount of cat hair that seems to accumulate in my house. Having hardwood floors means it mostly collects under furniture, on the cat tree, in corners, etc. I have purchased several vacuums in the past two years to remedy this situation but none of them worked out. They either are too clunky, and therefore not worth the effort, or they lose their suction. But this! Finally, I have found the solution. It’s super lightweight, wireless (very easy to carry around and use), and the added benefit of removing the bottom to make into a handheld is amazing. The brush attachment especially was essential in removing so much matted cat fur from my huge cat tree. It removed it in a couple minutes and looks brand new now. I’m very happy I got this. As a full vacuum the head is very thin and can move in any direction so getting under furniture is easy. Nothing else to purchase, filter is washable and reusable. Getting it and assembling it took no time at all. This is my new favorite vacuum. It makes everything just so dang easy. I’m not sure how it would perform on carpet but for hardwood flooring, it is my personal pet hair savior.

Greater than one weekI didnt realize the floor attachment didnt have a roller to sweep things in, but honestly it doesnt need it. I just needed an easy vacuum for the stairs. This more than handles the job, and I use it for the first pads of rooms to quick vacuum now! I love this little Skark stick vacuum.

> 3 dayThis work pretty well. Lightweight, easy to use. Good suction for cleanups if you keep the filters clean.

> 3 dayWe have 5 large dogs that roam the entire house (including longer haired ones like German shepherds, labs and goldens) + a small animal room with bunnies, Guinea pigs, ferrets, etc. Needless to say, there’s a lot of dirt, hair and bedding everywhere when we go to clean daily. This thing works amazingly. It really picks up all the dirt, sand and dog hair with no issues. The container where it stores all the mess may seem small but it’s enough space to get my living room, hallways, second living room/office space, dining room and kitchen before emptying it. And I’ve never had an issue with it clogging due to pet hair. Only problem I have is the suction part is right in the middle, so if you’re just going over the floor quickly, it won’t get the corners or around round objects good. You’ll have to take it apart to be the smaller handheld portion to get those spaces. And it takes quite a long time to charge so I recommend leaving it plugged in every time you’re not using it. Other than that, it’s definitely worth buying it.

Greater than one weekI wouldnt call this a vacuum. Its a dust buster with an extension nozzle that allows you to easily pick up crumbs or other detritus from hard surfaces without having to bend over. I bought it to use outdoors on our lanai. I remove the last floor attachment from the nozzle and it does a pretty creditable job of picking up small plant leaves. Also very handy for a quick pick up inside the house, especially in the kitchen. Cordless means quick and easy. It will work on some rugs, but dont expect this to do the job of a vacuum. The stand is essential because it would fall over without it. I love the maneuverability with the swivel head. I think this item is possibly discontinued as I went to the Shark website and put in the model number and nothing came up. Doesnt matter. It works. I hope it keeps charging!

> 3 dayIf cant say that Id recommend this vacuum if youre looking for a vacuum to get things like pet hair out of carpet. But thats not really this vacuums intended purpose either. Hardwood/LVP/Laminate/Tile is where this vacuum really shines. And its fantastic in that regard. Its more a broom replacement that can also help you vacuum harder to reach places like stairs. My ratings: Carpet - 5/10 Hardwood/LVP/Laminate/Tile - 9/10 Battery Life: 8/10 Convenience: 8/10 If youre like me and have majority non carpet floors and SOME carpet (rugs, stairs, etc) Id highly recommend this product. If you have majority carpet and are looking for something to handle the majority of your vacuuming, Id find something with a roller.

> 3 dayI really love this shark. The 2-in-1 is what sold me. I’m able to do quick cleanups in the kitchen and where my bird’s cage is. Easier than sweeping up or getting the Kirby out for these small jobs. The suction power is also pretty impressive for a small vac. Picks up everything I go after. I love the stand it comes with… a little unsteady, but it does it’s job. Better than leaning it against the wall and falling over. The only downside is the battery, but I think that’s the case with most of these shark wandvacs. You can maybe use it for 10 minutes straight, then on the charger it goes. OR, if using it for a quick minute here and there, you can go a couple days without charging. If you’re debating this Shark, just get it. It does it’s job. Especially if you’re just wanting this for small cleanups. I would not suggest this as a replacement to a full size vacuum, though.

> 3 dayHello: I have purchased Shark CH964AMZ 2-in-1 Cordless & Handheld Vacuum Ultracyclone System on July 12, 2022 on Amazon.com. I have hardly used it (not more than 4 times) and now notice that the battery on the cordless unit is not charging. Since the product is fairly new (less than 6 months old), I have called customer service at Shark to inform, discuss , troubleshoot the issue via LIVE VIDEO CALL and the final outcome of the is: a. According to the representative, the charger to the handled unit might be faulty and hence not charging the cordless vacuum. b. The charger needed to charge this handheld (COREDLESS) unit is considered as an ACCESSORY. c. According to the policy of SHARK WARRANTY, accessories are NOT COVERED under warranty. d. Only the main unit or the CORDLESS vacuum is covered under warranty. e. Since the issue is with the charger which is an ACCESSORY (per troubleshooting steps done via LIVE VIDEO by the representative), even though the UNIT is less than 6 months OLD and it would not have mattered even if the unit was a month OLD, I was told that the ACCESSORY (CHARGER) should be purchased. f. I find it difficult to understand how the system as a WHOLE which should technically include Handheld Vacuum, Charger and Stand does NOT have the same warranty coverage. This is because, a handheld unit is PRACTICALLY USELESS WITHOUT A CHARGER. And if the CHARGER STOPS WORKING, even though it is only 5 months old, how could even possibly prove that the HANDHELD UNIT IS FAULTY (SHOULD THAT EVER HAPPEN) without a CHARGER? I would like to note my personal experience so that people are aware before purchasing this product and what could potentially happen in the event the same issue surfaces. I would NOT recommend this product. I was offered to purchase the ACCESSORY (CHARGER) and I have denied to do so because I should not be paying for something that is so UNRELIABLE and stops working within 6 months or less.
